Truck cab had a deep Oder of cigarette smoke that was noticeable on pickup and was still there 5 days and 1200 miles later. U-Haul should not allow smoking in their trucks, or at least put a sign in the truck.

JOE CYes you can't always assume some of us old timers are tech savvy enough to know how to navigate a new app and they're probably concentrating on the task at hand hence the reason for the rental and not realizing that they're return date is either a holiday or weekend they know that if they picked it unit up here obviously they're delivering it here they're just not realizing that the place where they picked it up is not open on the return date so maybe a heads up.
