Cheryl Collins-ParrisWas supposed to get truck that was at 3/4 of a tank. Received the truck and was at 1/4 of a tank. Was afraid of being overcharged and it was nervewracking due to low gas - running out of gas. However, my drop off location was wiling to work with me and reimburse me.
Dana KotchickThe back of the truck was not cleaned out. I did not open the back of the truck before leaving, my mistake. When I opened the door to load my stuff the dolly was on the floor which I heard as I turned corners prior to my destination. The bag of moving blankets was open with blankets on the floor of the truck. The previous person broke a tv leaving glass on the upper portion of the cargo hold. So, maybe look in the back of the truck and clean it before renting. Also, Don’t shove your face with donuts as a person is checking in.

Carter LeutholdThe pickup location was switched on me by U-Haul at 10:30 a.m. on 07/30/22 and was 35 miles away from the original pickup location (despite the fact that I had specifically reserved a U-Haul truck at this location a month in advance on the move date). This forced me to cancel the two movers I hired since I could not get to the new pickup location and back to the moving location in time to use them. The U-Haul representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never use U-Haul again and will make it a point to give U-Haul negative reviews on every site possible.

Nolan PetersonI have no issue with the site. I have an issue with the Uhaul website advertising .79 per mile when in actuality it was 1.29 a mile….it’s cost me about $50 more than I expected. I would have actually borrowed a neighbors trailer instead

Diane ZempelThe pick up location was changed the day before and it was explained that Rays in Princeton, Mn was only for local rentals, not one-way trips so I was a bit upset that wasn't disclosed the day I rented it instead of leaving me scrambling to readjust my plans and timeframes while juggling this out of state move. I had talked to a couple people in between so I'm wondering why they never mentioned it? The mileage allowance was increased to compensate which was good but I still felt a little blindsided by it.

Joshua WendolekNothing was ready. Had to go into storage room, behind the store/down a back hallway to get the dollies ordered. Had to look in all trucks on site for the furniture pads ordered. Then had to go to ANOTHER Uhaul to pick some up. Had 10 people waiting at my place. Was 45 minutes behind at this point. When you make a reservation a month in advance, the expectation is that is plenty of time to get things together that I ordered. I did not plan to go searching for equipment, I ordered, by myself!!! Disappointed!!

Demian BerberTerrible experience from the moment I walked in. The person that gave me the uhaul was very shady and dishonest then when I got to the uhaul there were dents on the front end. Will not be coming back.
Jonathan Clark1. The engine light on the truck was on for the entire trip. 2. The lift gate door was so tight that the door sprang up so fast that it unlocked the lock and got stuck. We had to spend over an hour trying to get it unjammed. Every time we raised the door we had to do so with extreme caution so it wouldn't keep happening. Bad experience.

Steve ExstedThe man who helped me was nice. The location is very creepy for a lady. I did not like having to stand in a place filled with smoke and sexist, pornographic advertising. I felt demeaned and anxious. My truck was not there when scheduled due to U-Haul double booking it, though that was not the nice man’s fault who helped me, so I didn’t make a fuss over it. I had to wait 2 hours for it and did not receive any discount. The truck was great and worked well for my needs. I
Rebecca Gilmermy preferred store was st. cloud and i get a call from a u haul customer service lady a day before telling that there are no u haul trucks avalaiable at st cloud and i have to drive 25 miles to a get the truck. I explained to her that i was unable to drive 25 miles to pick u as i was wrking and had no friends to suppprt over the weekend. She was not willing to help at all the only option she was keen on offering me was to cancel the reservation. I was stranded as i could not cancel the reservation with less than 24 hours to move. I called saint cloud location to see if they could help me...the manager there talked with a huge attitude with a demanding tone stating that the only option i have is to drive 25 miles. I made the reservation about 3 weeks prior and moving is a major thing that cannot be changed last minute ...your customer service was horrible and pathetic...i will never ever trust u haul again ....the customer service at pickup location was excellent..however the updated information was not passed along to the puckup location efficienlty and i had to stay on hold there for about 45 mins to fig things out....overall horrible service...

Brian NelsonI wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone and will not use them ever again. They didn't tell me that interstate move required prepayment so i was ill prepared for that and they have our reserved truck away and we had to travel offer 40 miles to get tge one we moved in.

Michael MoranThe text message I received from U-Haul gave the address as suite 5 and did not include the name of the store as the smoke shop. We waited at suite 5 for over 15 minutes before calling and finding out it was on the opposite side of the building. Very disappointing communication from U-Haul
