The man who helped me didn't know how to use the computer and had to make a phone call to get help. When i asked if he could help me load the car onto the auto trailer, which I requested when i made the reservation, he said no, that he wasn't trained to do that and doesn't get paid enough to take a risk. A complete stranger in line said he would help me.

Rodney OThe first pick up location was awful! We were not able to open any of the 3 locks. We wasted an hour and a half waiting on hold. Additionally, the top 2 locks are at a height that added to the difficulty for us. The customer service rep I spoke to was amazing. She did everything she could to help us. The area Manager didn't answer the call and therefore was no help to us.
