The rear view mirrors were a little hard to adjust and the tow light/button had me a bit confused. I wasn't sure if I needed it on or off while driving. It wasn't slippery or wet so I thought it needed to be on. But I wasn't towing anything so I thought it needed to be off. Overall tho, the gentleman i spoke with on the phone was quick in his response time and very helpful and kind. For that, I'd give a 10/10!

truck was very dirty, poor cell service to use app
BRIAN WFix your APP! It took me 4 tech support calls and over an hour to complete my rental. Very poor app service.
ED RNo one on site to assist with pickup. I was forced to use the crappy U-Haul app to check myself out, and there was no WiFi and barely any cell service. Truck had 45 miles until empty when I picked it up, and I had to immediately search for a gas station. I was supposed to have a furniture hand truck with my rental and it was nowhere to be found

MICHELE WI had a 15ft truck quote near my house. When it wasn't there I talked to the place that rented the truck. She informed me that a manager from eau claire came and took all of their trucks no matter if I had a reservation or not. I was then forced to drive more than 50 miles one way to get a truck. It cost me more than $50 in miles and an extra day of truck rental.
