Todd HOrdered an appliance dolley, they added every dolly to the order without approval and yet the truck was completely empty. Charged me for 20 miles when Uhaul CS senr me 15 miles round trip to try and find me a dolley. Horrible. Plus they were supposed to contact me about the problem and never did.

fairgrounds pFor the 3rd time in a row I requested pickup in Newark and ended up traveling 20-40 miles. Uhaul should do better when reservations are made far in advance.

JAMES WNothing. Neil was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had the equipment ready on time to start our trip. He demonstrated what I needed to do to ensure safe towing of the trailer and was happy to answer my questions. Great location, service, and a great guy too! What more could you ask for?
Richard DThe only comment that I would have is to train the mechanics on how to rent out a U-Haul so they don't have to call and be walked through it. Whoever they called knew that I was picking it up so they really should have been there other than that the pickup I sent that bad.

BENJAMIN SWe made a reservation via U-haul for a truck to pick up near us, not at this location, and for dolly and blankets, and a storage unit at our drop off. We were contacted and told our storage unit was actually not available, then called late the day before truck pick up and told that we had to drive 35 miles away to pick up our truck instead. Then when we picked up the truck we were told we'd have to find out own dolly and blankets as that location had nothing. We ended up having to make a lot of extra steps in our move because the website allowed us to make reservations but the reservations didn't seem to hold. Be aware of that when making reservations
