U-Haul is currently trying to charge me for 10,444.3 miles on my contract (now in dispute). Mileage going out was entered incorrectly at 1836 instead of 11836. At that rate (for a 7 day rental) I would have to average over 1200 miles per day!! We didn't do that. My current experience with U-Haul will wind up in court unless the necessary corrections are made...HERBERT M.

The location was hard to find. Little sign in the back. The Haul smelt bad like someone had smoked in it. And also I didn't understand why I got charged $50 when I said I was bringing the haul back but he didn't even mention it to me on the phone. The guy mentioned that someone may need the truck at 5pm so make sure to have it back by 430pm but put the keys in the lock box. I asked how someone can get the truck if you guys close at 3pm and the keys are in a lock box but didn't get an answer. It was overall not a great experience and Im not very happy about the charge when the truck as parked in the same spot the next day and wasn't used. I would like to know if I could get that $50 refunded as I dont understand why I was charged with out a warning and AFTER the place closed?Amanda E.

No one was working. Signage was mediocre, and space to maneuver was very limited. Had to have a phone just to return the truck (what if i didnt? I cant return the truck without a cell phone?). All in all, it was a frustrating and unpleasant situationDaniel W.
Staff is extremely rule. i was asking for direction because i have hard time finding the office. The staff was very unprofessional and yelling at me on the phone. I forgot to ask for his name but he was the only one there. he is African American. I have utilized uhaul services for a while and never have this issue. And i think it would be the last time I'm gonna use uhaul services.Tai D.

As I passed u-haul employee I was disgusted and appalled by this location 1st of all I had a call the employee to come out from the RV to come and help me and when he came out he was very upset that I called. I have so many complaints about this location that it will not fit in this. I rather carry stuff on my back than step forward in this location ever againLuis S.

Reservations needs to do a better job of scheduling trucks and informing customers if changes occur to their reservation. Your check in team at the Glendale Arizona location needs to actually maintenance check the vehicles they get back before they rent them to another customer as my husband literally could have died or been stranded in the middle of the Mojave desert.Zach O.

Had the truck I needed but the appliance hand truckwheels hardly moved. Made it very hard to take refrigerator to and from the truck. Made it hard to go up ramp. The only appliance hand truck they had.DARRELL R.

Business is hidden in the back of another business. Actual office is maybe 10x10 and the person who runs it appears to live in his motorhome right there. We were maybe 30 min late and we had to wait for the person to show up. What most bothered me is on return I was told to park the car either on the street or across the street at a mall; not professional, not representative of UHaul, not good for liability (and there was plenty of room in the business parking area. My reservation was made and I received a confirmation email but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to complete the reservation date of pick up but thank God the gentleman who was on the grounds on Sunday and it was his day off. He saw me standing out there trying to figure it out on my phone and he came out and took care of everything when he didn't have to . I don't know the gentleman's name but I do know he Was an African-American gentleman that had a cute pitbull that looked just like my dog Geronimo and he gave the best customer service and I for that I am grateful 😊 ChandraMauree V.
