Organize equipment. Cut the grass. Actually be available the hours you advertise. Answer the phone. Pest control. Location is overgrown and uninviting. My wife would not get out of the car it was so bad.Tristen W.
I filed a complaint against this location and tried to reach out to the regonial manager. Customer service informed me that he would call. Never received a call from this place or the regonial manager. Took six days to check this truck in.Richard T.

The man operating the location met me in the muddy parking lot and then ok my key with no receipt or any form of identification. I didn't feel good about that situation so I hung around until I got an email receipt. It went through but felt risky.Dan S.

I arrived at 900am to pick up my equipment. There was noone there. The office location was open with the keys to the uhaul on the desk but noone could be found. I looked around and called several times for about 15 minutes, still noone. So I called the 1800 number and representative got the area manager to come and help. SCOTT NELSON was great, and apologized several times about there being noone here to help me. Equipment wasn't very clean, but Scott cleaned all the windows swept and blew out the cab that had pet hair in it, checked and added the needed fluids, replaced the badly worn windshield wipers, replaced a passenger side mirror that was cracked, and folded the furniture protectors that were in a big pile in the office. This location really needs new management or something. That's about as bad of PR that I can think of. Thank goodness for Scott being close by or I would had to wait a while.Cecil H.

A week after I returned rental, it still showed up in system as not being returned. I had to talk to someone from uhaul corporate several times over several days to get it sorted out.Barry B.

There are two other uhaul dealers closer to my house, so I would have preferred them for a drop off. The online folks helped me get checked in, I actually dropped it off two days before I finally got a receipt for the drop off. Because the people on line helped me get a receipt for return. I realize this was a holiday, so I need to give Bmac some slack!!kevin M.

The rental equipment is parked in a grassy area near a bayou and there is no office building to do the paperwork. The operator came out of a mobile home and ask for my driver's license and reservation number and pointed out where the tow dolly was. That was all the assistance he offered and once we were hooked up we had to wait on him to bring back my driver's license. Summerdale, AL is a Gulf Coast community and had I not had a 4X4 truck i couldn't have got to the car dolly to get it out. My son and I ruined our shoes in the process having to wade around in the soggy marsh. The tow dolly was was missing the 4 pin wiring extension you must have to connect the unit to a vehicle and my son and I had to look on other equipment until we found a good one. Once we got it pulled onto a paved surface the left tire was half flat and the Uhaul location didn't have a way to inflate tires. I pulled it down the street and added air and looked for what may be the source of the leak but did not see what may be the cause. We inflated the tire to 60 psi and the next morning it was at 20 psi so I knew it was a slow leak and would check the air each time I stopped for fuel. The tow dolly itself was in excellent condition looking to be almost new. We had no issues on the 850 mile trip towing the Jeep CJ 5 we had drove down to get other than adding air to the tire. We were not making a crosstown haul and I was disappointed that on an 850 mile one way rental nothing was done at the pick up location to make sure the equipment we had paid in advance to rent was ready to go. If I had the time to find another location and get my reservation moved I would have but we didn't. I left a note taped to the fender above the leaking tire at the drop off location telling them about the leak.EDDIE B.
It is a trailer/mobile home sitting back on a grass area that was stopping wet due to the rain. He seemed to be having issues with uploading things as was I. Just was very sketchy situationMelissa O.
