My pick up location was changed which incur backtracking on our drive- They were supposed to add at least 30 miles to help compensate but I noticed I was charged an additional $31 for excess mileage. That's disappointingMCINTYRE R.

The person renting us the truck was late, I said no to the insurance and they still put yes, and the truck was in bad shape. The brakes need to be checked, there were spiders in the cab, power steering was horrible and needs to be checked as well.Jacquelyn M.

Awful place. Waited 2 and a half hours on multiple days to try and drop off and never heard from them. Never going there ever again.Alex R.
My initial truck had the wrong lock on it (keyed master lock) and I couldn't access it. U-Haul reps didn't believe me and made me stand in pouring rain to verify that I was in fact NOT lying. Finally get another truck, empty tank, gas cap wouldn't close, and overall crappy truck to deal with. Went to return this piece of shit and the fucking app wouldn't save the picture of the odometer and prevented me from ending this nightmare. Called U-Haul, 40 minute wait to get a hold of someone. Had to use another person's phone to return the god damn thing only for there to be no drop box. I swear to God, if locking the key in the back (as I received the truck) becomes an issue I will be seeking a lawyer. Never using U-Haul ever again.Kyle L.
Thanks for this company - the employee helped me with the car rental, he was polite, helpful, and respectful of the customer. But the company has one problem, which is the lack of another employee to help in the event of a number of customers. It is not possible for the same employee to sell alcohol and beer to customers, and he himself does the truck rental transactionNABEEL D.
