Clean, yes. Inviting, not so much. Dark store and not very friendly or attentive. I found it ironic that I was charged $0.18 for mileage even though there was 1/4 more gas in the truck than what was required.

make the website ordering process easier for all--customers and uhual location providers. Thank goodness for the customer service help at the 888 number--especially Alexis and Tai without their assistance there would have been problems that would have made my experience a one star and not five star.

The truck was very old, dirty when we got it. The truck also was not well taken care of, almost stalled and wheel locked on us several times.

It was just very confusing. The first person I talked to on the phone to confirm drop off time had no idea they did uhaul returns. Then when we arrived there were no other uhauls or uhaul signs. The guy that was there said the guy that could do it wouldn't be there for twenty minutes which was well after the time they were supposed to be closed according to the uhaul website. Once I figured out I could do the return completely on my phone that worked great and we had no issues. The key box was hidden but we were able to find it. Right as we were finishing the guy that could help showed up and he seemed to know what he was doing, just frustrating he wasn't there to begin with and the first guy was so clueless.

The lady operating the uhaul portion had no idea what she was doing and luckily could call in to a uhaul center that assisted. Even he wasn't too happy that she didn't know what to do. She didn't even know how to open up a truck. Next time I will go to a uhaul center only.

I picked this location because the website showed they had the appliance dolly available. When I got there they told me they don't have any, but it was too late for me to go somewhere else. I had to move a refrigerator using my small dolly and it was a lot more difficult than it should have been.

The person on duty was very helpful, courteous and timely in completing my check-in process. I had parked in a temporary location, and instead of asking me to move it to the proper location, he drove it there himself. Excellent customer service

Attendant had no idea how to check in or check out the unit. Had to FaceTime the boss and walk through each step and continued to ask for all the same information I submitted on the online check-in. With taking care of other customers at the same time, it just took extremely too long for this process. I've had much better experiences with other locations.

The man working the counter didn't know the process for returning the truck. Things to improve: switching locations online the day before my reservation when I reserved a location closer to my home, making renters fill the gas tank back up instead of leaving the same amount that was in it when you picked it up since someone else is now benefiting off the extra gas I put in it, the picture taking is a little much, make the online process a little more stream lined.

I never received the keys to this truck and refused it because the tie down bars were all busted off the wall. You have charged my card without my permission. I will advise my bank and local authorities in the morning.

Mark made a huge error on my contract that costed me $75 extra. I told him I was moving from VA to MD yet he gave me 30 miles allowance while charging me $160 for the trip. When I dropped it off I was informed that since I drove more than 30 miles I would have to pay for the extra mileage. Never ever rent a truck from them. Never again.

I scheduled to pick up the truck at 6:30. But when I followed all online instructions - after having gotten to the store at 6:30 - when I completed the online check in (which I was told to do when I got to the store) I was informed the store didn't open until 8. Fuck that. That's a totally SHITTY way to handle your business.

The process of just getting the truck after making the reservation took a while and was not easy to do on a phone that was not getting good reception, the guy behind the counter was not helpful in assisting either.
