This is the worst type of equipments I've rented, I didn't even get any benefits from renting it BECAUSE this equipment does not go back when its loaded so if you are going straight it's fine as long you don't try to back it up into your garage or any spot. I had to drop the back and I took the car dolly back to the U-Haul dealer after hours of trying to back it up until I saw a sticker says that I can't back up. What a wastetony A.

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful. However the Van had it's engine light on. The fuel outlet had no cap, and the van was filthy and did not run well. the brakes needed to be pumped twice before it would stop!! She said it had been reported, but nothing was done. The cab was very dirty and the floor was sticky. The windshield had a dent in it, and the windshield wipers were also basically useless; we had to go through a severe thunderstorm with hail on our trip and were effectively driving blind the entire time.Cynthia L.

The trust gas gasket was off I did not get the truck that I requested I got a 10 instead of a 15 so that made an extra trip it took me three trips instead to move everything I needed I thought I could manage but it didn't work outTa'Nosha W.
Uhaul outlets are not the problem. The problem is with the reservation process. Dealing with uhaul online or with there rude dispatchers is horrible. My reservation was made on Monday for 9:00am Saturday at one location and they send me a email for 3:30pm at a location 15 miles away. Terrible customer service if I need another truck I will try my hardest to stay away from uhaul.David M.

An employee from a neighboring restaurant came over and helped me remove the trailer from my SUV. Will never use this location again and do not recommend it to anyone else.Kelly P.
I reserved a furniture dollie, a utility dollie, and 10x furniture blankets along with my rental truck. I only received the truck... Also used the 24/7 truck pickup. Had to stand in line on the pickup and return. I used the online 24/7 in order to have no human interaction. Still ended up taking over 30 minutes..Edward B.

Trailer was parked off the paved lot and in tall weeds. It was stuck behind a tree stump. No help wading into the weeds and pulling out it to be accessible. Cut my leg wrestling with it. Well first off, the equipment was in poor shape 1 no gas cap, had to use a rag for the cap. 2 check Engine light was on. 3 the trailer towing light was on. 4 left side door hardly open and the side mirror would not stay in adjusted position 5 u-Haul personnel told me it was all right to take the vehicle in that type of condition plus it was the only one on the lot.RAYMOND B.

The service lady was real nice but the uhaul truck had to be returned before I had completed what I needed I sprung oil on my driveway and had to be returned before it ran out of oil and by the time I got to the location all the warning lights were onASHLEY D.

The owner did not disinfect nor clean the uhaual when I arrived. I had to wait 15 mins for him to bring it up front. He first told me that the size(10') wasn't available? He said he only had the larger ones available? But when I walked back to where the trucks were he had 3??? He was just trying to get me to pay more on a rental!!! I called the next morning and asked if I could extend the rental for one more day and the receptionist said yeah but that guy that lied to me before said it was rented by another customer and I would have to have it back by 2pm? I arrived and he had 3 other trucks available??? He smirked at me when I told them I seen the other trucks and stayed in the back? I'll never in life rent from them AGAIN!!!!!!!Tamara H.

Little to no instruction on the process of return. The back door was broke and didn't open properly. It was a huge inconvenience to say the least. Cause a lot of stress and extra work on top of seating me behind bc the door wasn't working properly. Those vehicles should be inspected to make sure they're ready for use before sending customers on their way. I won't be using UHAUL again.ashley L.

I initially trying to contact that location by phone around 4:35pm because I knew most locations close around 5pm, and no one answered. So I decided to just go to the location because I was only about 1.2 miles from that location. I arrived around 5:05PM, got my paperwork and keys. Got to the 15' truck and noticed it wouldn't start. Went back to inform rep. They acknowledged that there was a battery issue. Got it worked out but I didn't get the truck until 5:52. Once I got the truck, I didn't want to risk the truck not starting back up if I turned it off so I kept it running from the time I left the location, to my pickup point, then to my drop off point, and back to the truck drop off point. This caused me to use more gas than I wanted to for a 9 mile total trip. Also, I was able to return the truck in about 57 minutes. I feel that it was a very inconvenient experience for me. If I ever need to use your services, I may not lean towards Uhal. Have a great day.BAKER C.

I will NEVER pick up at boost again! I was assured I would get an appliance dolly when i called the store day prior to rental. When I picked truck up, no dolly!! Only answer when I asked questions" I dont know". She did not inspect vehicle with me. It hadn't been swept out. I had to waste another hour,at a DIFFERENT UHAUL PLACE TO GET A DOLLY!!! U-Haul as a company needs to reevaluate its business as a long term rental co. Seems to me U-Haul rests on its laurels. > I was scheduled to pick up a rental truck from the same location that I had been leasing a storage unit. This was all out of town. When I got there to pick the truck up, I was informed that they did not have the truck and that I would have to pick it up at another location. This put me very much behind schedule. Sooo, I had to go retrieve the truck, drive back to where I had my belongings in storage which is U-Haul and then drop it off in another city to where I now live. I was never informed of any change and was not notified by phone. I will seek other opportunities when needing rental products in the future. * disappointed customer ... The Uhaul located at 4612 new cut road Louisville KY is TERRIBLE. First let me say its a BOOST MOBILE store. They charged me $180, when I turned the truck back in i still owed them $100 more.... All they could say was Uhaul put a hold on my card and I will get the $180 back in 7-10 business days. I have NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL!!! BUT THIS LOCATION IS BRUTAL!!! #NEVER AGAINtimeka D.

Woman who processed my paper work stayed on the phone talking to someone the entire time. At times i couldn't tell if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. The area was seedy looking with homeless people living behind a dumpster by the trucks. One of the 10 foot trucks had the driver side window busted out and the steering column damaged. The actual 15 foot truck that i reserved wasnt there so i go a bigger truck that i didn't need. The sales lady got annoyed with me because I kept interrupting her phone conversation to tell her that i couldn't find the truck that she had given me the keys to. She finally had me watch the store while she went to find it only to realize that it wasn't on the property. So i ended up with the same massive truck that i just used a few months ago to move into my 4 bedroom house. I will definitely not be using this location again nor recommending it to anyone.Michael G.
