Je suis très insatisfaite du service après-vente. Non seulement j'ai des frais sur ma carte de crédit qui ont été chargés car le personnel n'a pas su faire les bons calculs. J'ai du prendre de mon temps pour appeler pour rectifier le tir, et je n'ai toujours pas eu de remboursement après une semaine.

We where not able to make the check in online because someone from Uhaul haven't put that it was a 24/7 renting even if we have spoke about it on the phone. We have lost 1 hour because of that for nothing

J’aimerais recevoir un remboursement complet. J’ai dû attendre au total 1h15 pour recevoir le trailer que j’avais commandé. Ça a tout débalancé ma journée de déménagement et la journées de ceux qui m’aidaient. Vous pouvez m’appeler pour en discuter. Je réitère que je veux me faire rembourser le tout.

The online reservasion process is tedious and the price estimate given changes constantly, and I did not know why, so it was hard to get a good estimate of the final price... As for Boulonnerie Spot Nuts, everything was perfect.

Loin de moi l’idée de vouloir faire mal à cette entreprise, que je ne connaissais pas avant ce matin. Malheureusement, j’ai vécu la pire expérience de service à la clientèle de ma vie à cet endroit aujourd’hui, et ce, avec une dame qui m’indique « être la propriétaire ». Je suis arrivé avec mon père pour récupérer une remorque puisque nous avions fait une longue route pour venir aider ma sœur à Trois-Rivières. En arrivant, j’ai vu une porte qui était ouverte sur le côté et je croyais qu’il s’agissait de l’entrée. La dame en question s’est rapidement dirigée vers moi et en furie pour me dire « Ce N’EST PAS BONNE PORTE ! TU VOIS BIEN QUE C’EST ÉCRIT DEVANT LA PORTE ? TU SORS D’ICI PIS TU PASSES À L’AVANT. MOI, JE VAIS LA BARRER LA MAUDITE PORTE » alors que je ne sais même qui elle est, et que je suis simplement entrer dans une porte ouverte d’un commerce. Puis, je me dirige vers la porte avant et dès qu’elle revient, elle continue d’un ton très agressif, ce qui m’a rapidement mit en colère et mon père aussi puisqu’elle nous criait dessus. Nous avons répliqué en lui disant « qu’elle ne sait pas vivre » et elle continuait de crier. Finalement, elle est allée dans son bureau en disant « Il ne me fera pas chier aujourd’hui lui-là ». Si la situation ne s'est pas améliorée et le pire dans tout ça, c’est qu’elle est revenue à l’avant pour me demander de « Crisser mon camp » et en criant « DEHORS », alors que son employé, un homme extrêmement gentil en passant, a finalement réglé la situation. Cette femme, qui m’a mentionné avec beaucoup d’arrogance qu’elle est propriétaire en me parlant comme si « moi, je ne suis rien », affiche un comportement totalement inacceptable. J’ai fait une plainte chez les dirigeants de U-Haul, puisqu’ils sont détaillants, mais je tiens à partager ça ici puisque je n’ai jamais vécu une telle chose auparavant. Quel manque de classe et de respect… mention très honorable à l'employé ainsi qu'au conjoint de cette dame, qui ont été très gentils et très professionnels. ***** Far be it from me to want to hurt this company, which I did not know about before this morning. Unfortunately, I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location today, with a lady telling me “she’s the owner”. I arrived with my father to pick up a trailer since we had traveled a long way to help my sister in Trois-Rivières. When I arrived, I saw a door that was open on the side and I thought it was the entrance. The lady in question quickly came towards me and furiously told me “THIS IS NOT A GOOD DOOR!” DO YOU SEE IT’S WRITTEN OUTSIDE THE DOOR? YOU GET OUT OF HERE AND YOU MOVE TO THE FRONT. ME, I’M GOING TO BARRE THE DAMN DOOR” even though I don’t even know who she is, and I’m simply entering an open door of a business. Then, I walk towards the front door and as soon as she comes back, she continues in a very aggressive tone, which quickly made me angry and my father too since she was yelling at us. We responded by telling her “that she doesn’t know how to live” and she continued to scream. Finally, she went to his office and said “He’s not going to piss me off today.” If the situation didn’t improve and the worst part of it all was that she came back to the front to told me “GET OUT”, while her employee, a extremely nice man by the way, finally resolved the situation. This woman, who very arrogantly mentioned to me that she is an owner while speaking to me as if “I am nothing”, displays totally unacceptable behavior. I made a complaint to the management of U-Haul, since they are retailers, but I want to share this here since I have never experienced anything like this before. What a lack of class and respect… very honorable mention to the employee as well as to this lady’s spouse, who were very kind and very professional.

I feel there is an enormous organisation issue within the business. I reserved the truck 1 month in advance, hired movers and selected the 8h00 am to pick up the truck. The day before the reservation, they called me to confirm but I missed the call and attemted to reach U-Haul at the provided number to confirm. I waited on line for 45 minutes which I could not afford on a day before moving. I ended up cutting the line since I couln't lose any more time. I then went online to confirm my reservation and add my lisence plate to faciliate the reservation. Then I received confirmation for 10h00 am which did not work for me. I then spent 2 hours on call trying to resolve the issue and no one seemed to be able to confirm a truck would be available for 8h00 am. All of this to learn that the U-Haul had the truck available all along.. There should be an option to reserbe a time slot online, we are in 2024 and the waiting time on the phone are just not working. Ultimately I lost 3 hours of my time in a very busy period because of the poor organisation and clientele service. I have nothing to say about the local pick up location, they did nothing wrong and were efficient.

I got scared when reading all the bad customer experiences out there with Uhaul. However, I had no problems at all. They were supposed to call the day before, before 5pm, to confirm the reservation, since they had not called at 3:30 I called them and everything went smoothly. I had to go pickup at a different location and they were kind enough to give me more mileage to cover the added distance. I dropped the truck at a different location and everything went smoothly there too. My only complaint is that the gas tank was not full so I had to put the tank back between 1/2 and 5/8, which is way more complicated than just filling the tank. They don't seem to be too concerned about the gaz level being exact so that wasn't too bad either. Overall, would recommend!
