After calling several times to this no. 4032351125 In clagary they say we dont have availability shedule from u haul I am writing to inform you that the U-Haul rental vehicle under my name Puneet singh has been confirmed as impounded at the City of Calgary Municipal Impound Lot (400 – 39 Avenue S.E.) on 6 th october evening with file no 1480567 in impound lot Rental Details: Name on Contract: Puneet Singh Rental Agreement #: 93608335 Vehicle Type / License Plate / VIN: AN09540 AZ Pickup Location: Bow convenience store bowness calgart Date of Incident / Impound: 6th oct The impound lot has confirmed that the vehicle cannot be released until U-Haul provides formal authorization. Daily storage fees are accumulating, and I wish to ensure the vehicle is released as soon as possible to prevent further costs so contract cane be closed Please: Confirm receipt of this message and assign a case reference number for tracking. Was very easy to book. We walked in the day of and he was able to get us the van we needed to move some lumber from the Rona down the street to our house in very short notice and help us book in store. Very easy to work with and very friendly.

The truck was clean and functioning but the check engine light was on. The staff at location was only marginally helpful and seemed to just want me out the door.

It would be nice if it that location the person that checked it out for you also knew how to do things with the trucks like signals or speeds or whether seats are adjustable etc…..

I had a late drop off so there wasn’t any personnel on site. The location is small and I had to look for it, small sign. The overall location is not bad.

Organized and friendly! Check in was very fast and my email bill arrived soon after! My only concern was the guessing game when it came to filling up the tank before drop off.

Inspect the vehicles after use. The van I picked up was very dirty inside. All I I had in it was moving boxes and when I returned it, I was accused of making the mess and asked to clean it. I mentioned it was like that when I picked it up and wouldn’t be cleaning it. I was also over charged 30km!

Don't change the booking from 8:00 self directed pick up to a 9:00 in store pickup without telling the customer.
