I returned the trailer after hours, so there was no one there. I tried to use the self check in on the app but couldn't get it to open. I did make a phone call and left a message at the business and they appear to have checked the trailer in and all is well. So "were the personnel helpful?", no, because there was none.John B.

He was unprofessional an he called the police on us for no reason he didn't explain to me how I was going to get my deposit back or how much they was going to take out. I will never go back there ever again I know he do not like black people an that was the reason behind his actions to us... I never been in a situation like this before an its just so sad to me... Excellent customer service. The paperwork customers receive should contain instructions on what to do in the event of a breakdown or flat tire. The tire thread came off a tire on the car trailer and I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, the tire held air and I made it to my destination without any incident. I was informed on what I should have done when I turned the trailer in. Although I had a bad tire, my overall experience was very good. I'll use U-Haul again.Paul O.

There was an issue with the truck not being released which resulted in me having to wait until the man at the location showed up, instead of being able to use the digital pick-up. He was able to contact someone and get me on the road fairly quickly.Miranda H.
Make iU-Haul equipment locations places where they honor their work hour schedule and not just when they feel like showing up. I had regional managers involved in this one. It was horrible. Had to go to another u haul guy to follow me to original pick up location . Delayed over two hours just because I showed early my mind you I was at the u haul dealer during normal duty time. A move on s already stressful enough U-Haul . Make sure your people are honor their regularly scheduled duty hours!!!!!HOMER H.

I was told at pickup to return to the Royal Inn in mount Vernon and it turns out they don't do Uhaul anymore so it was frustrating to have to drive to another location even though I had selected to drop off at Bradshaw in the first place. The royal inn says it happens a lot so I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has caused an issue with.Derrick G.

I returned the truck a day early after arranging for someone to pick me up, only to find the office closed. I called the number on the door, and the employee claimed that he had an emergency and told me to come back in the morning if I had concerns about being improperly charged for extra gas (which I did; see above comments). I was, in fact, wrongly charged for extra gas. I called the office the next morning, and the employee explained that he was unable to change the records regarding the gas amount. He suggested that I call the UHaul 800 number to get the issue resolved. He was very courteous during the phone call.VICKI B.

I have always liked to rent your trucks but these businesses that participate are terrible. I paid a total of 383$ to rent the 10 foot truck and 55 in gas. I will never rent another thing from Uhaul again. Over rated, expensive gas guzzlers. This business offered no relief or reimbursement for renting this truck. I scheduled for an 8am pick up and then wasn't able to pick it up until 9am as the location was closed. Which threw off my whole day. I'd recommend not allowing customers to schedule for times of the day in which they aren't allowed to pick up the rentals if the location doesn't over 24/7 pick up.Bryan T.

I don't really know what kind of racket Gary Bradshaw is running, but he's not running anything close to a reputable U-Haul dealership. The 26' truck was filthy; inside the enclosed loading trailer had to be swept out and the cab had spent chewing tobacco inside the cup holder in the driver's side door. The driver side wiper was damaged; leading edge on said wiper was torn over half way down the length of the blade. Thank God it wasn't raining. On the windshield there existed a crack, approximately 17" to 18" in length. Crack began in the lower right hand corner and promulgated diagonally towards the center of the windshield. The upper and lower ball joints need to be immediately replaced. A very difficult job was made even more difficult by having to steer in traffic by not over reacting and over-steering. In two lane traffic, with the wind blowing all day against the sides of a high profile moving truck, this could have easily led to a head on crash. Couple this with two front tires that have worn unevenly, and there is a definite front end alignment problem too. The fact that the A/C didn't work would have been no big deal in the dead of winter, but on a 91Â°F day with humidity was just the final straw. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul ever again for vehicle rental and I'd say I was royally fucked by Gary Bradshaw and his joke of a dealership.Kevin R.

Stopped in Marshall Texas stay the night, next-day speedometer worked. called him because it was freaking filthy with sticky stuff everywhere that I cleaned some things up with.
