Contacted the location multiple times to ask what the fuel level should be when I return. After the 2nd call, the owner said “don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it”. I still got at $56 dollar extra charge for fuel. Also I returned the vehicle at 4:30 and the owner had left for the day even though the hours were until 5:00. Very disappointing.

Mathew LLocation was fine. Seth was great. The truck was a massive piece of crap. The air conditioner didn’t work at all and blew hot air, so I had to roll the windows down. The ride was rough as hell. You may want to take the Gentle Ride Van slogan off the side as that’s an absolute lie. You guys nickel and dime people to death just for an afternoon rental. I will NEVER use your company again for any reason whatsoever. I can see why your stock price is at 52 week low.
Portis TEverything was perfect, i would say the only thing is the maps location of the address is not accurate to the actual location. It was nothing to call and get more direction.
