We used the truck for 3 hours and only moved one couch within 20 miles of where we rented the truck. They charged us a cleaning fee! To clean what? We also put almost 30$ in the tank before we dropped it off and they charged us almost $50 for fuel. Will never use this location again.CHRISTOPHER R.

The gas gauge on truck was not working so I went to put gas in when I was returning it and gas filled all over everything it was reading that it was a quarter tank low and I put $6 in in it and gas was spilling out all over the place so the gauge was off and then when I got in the truck again after putting the gas in it's still red a quarter tank low also there's a check engine light onPATIENCE B.

When I got there, I had to wait for the entire liquor store to be served before I could be addressed because only one person was working. When I told him I needed to pick up my UHaul, he said he didn't believe he had any trucks and stated that he didn't realize one had even been checked in. Without going out to look at the truck or review anything, or without stating that my receipt would be emailed to me - without any instruction whatsoever, he gave me the keys once he'd found my reservation. After looking the truck over briefly (because I was running behind from having to wait for the whole store to be served) - I left for my destination. Upon arrival - the truck was parked differently and I found it to have a flat tire. The inside of the truck was muddy. Otherwise, the truck itself was well maintained. However, I was told I'd have to wait one hour for a maintenance man to change the tire and waited for three hours. Overall, the experience was incredibly poor and lacking. It left much to be desired and I would not recommend this location nor UHaul to anyone.Courtney M.

The location was perfect and I felt safe in this area however there needs to be more information given while using the mobile app check in/out or I missed the directions. It took me 45 minutes to figure out how to get into the truck of course that cut down on my rental by one hour. At check in it says make sure your location service is turned on however the directions need to say clearly make sure your location service is turned on for your U-Haul app. Also the directions need to state clearly where to pick up and drop off your key. Those were the things that I didn't like. Now I did like the fact that once asked to view your vehicle and compare to the picture shown on the app that you could up load a picture. There was some damage done to my truck and I had to up load a picture of that. I also did like the fact that I could pick up the U-Haul at 8 and nit have to wait until 10 when most uhaul buildings open. If I was asked to rate my experience with the app I'd have to give it D only because of my experience of how long it took me to get into the truck and not knowing exactly where to pick up the keys. If you are going to use the APP I'd advice you to get to the pick up area at least 20 minutes early to start the check in process, make sure your location is turned on for your U-Haul app, and start the check in process. This location was also significantly out of my way. Despite having a drop location a half mile from my house I had to drop off at a location that was 10 miles from my house and in a shady part of town. Because of the delay in getting the truck in the beginning, I also ended up having to drop off later than I wanted; venturing into a shady area of town late at night. First time I rented from this location it was so bad I was refunded. This time, April 6th, I needed a truck for about 5 hours. I requested it for 6 hours, just to be sure. I picked it up at 10:00am and returned it at 2:37, same day! They are so busy selling alcohol that the guy just took the key and said I would get an email. Sure enough I get the receipt today in an email and charged for 2 days! It does not say much for this company when any business can be a U-Haul pick up!BEVERLY S.

Make sure has is checked in a flat surface, we were charged for not filling up the tank. We only drove 14 miles. Are your trucks that old that they burn 1/8 tank for 14 miles. And yes we replaced the gas. Never again.MARK E.

Make sure the Uhaul website has the correct hours for the location. We made a reservation to pick up a truck at 11am, but when we got there, the sign said they would be open at 12 noon. Waiting around for an hour was really annoying.Nadine B.
