Scott GYour on line customer service needs to be improved. Nothing worked the system was always timing out. Eventually even the customer service representative gave up and told me to call the local dealer on Monday. Also, am I supposed to pay for days I didn’t use the truck? I brought it back 2 days early.

Monique FI would recommend with warning: experience was great… until they didn’t close out my rental and I had to jump through hoops with the corporate line to close it out, since they were closed for the weekend. Glad I took a time stamped picture when I dropped it off!

STELLA CWe came to do our drop off at night. We thought we were in the wrong location because there were no lights or signs or anything visible until we were right at the property as it is in an industrial part of town and there were no exterior lights, perhaps installing a yard light on the building would help make it feel a little more secure.

Jennifer KCustomer service was STELLAR here and at the other Brigham City location. As mentioned before: We were at the facility for about an hour to rent 2 things. Later on, I learned that the drop off location, though it wasn't listed on my paperwork, was determined and I ended up getting charged for dropping it off at another location. When I called to rectify the situation, "Well, yes - you CAN drop it off in Brigham City, but you'd get charged for the difference from Eagle Mountain to Brigham City" was the response - I didn't ask for Eagle Mountain to be my drop off location..ever. They asked where we were driving to, Lehi UT, and that's all that was said.
Amanda KThey gave me a uhaul truck with check engine light on. It was a Saturday morning. Their location was closed and I had traveled 20 miles north just to pick it up. I had no choice, but to continue with my trip because road side assistance wasn’t answering for 45 min. Truck ended up turning off on me 2 miles away from my new address. Got it to go and then Returned the truck. Very bad experience.

Mark TI used to rent u-hauls years ago at a service station in ogden utah.i still like how you all do your business and I really enjoyed being able to I use gas in the truck instead of diesel fuel.i didn't know that I needed my phone with me when I turned the truck in or I would of went on line to let you know that I had turned in the truck when I dropped I t off.maybe just mention it at the time of the rental agreement. Thank you,overall experience was great...

Dale WAlan Smith was very friendly and willing to help in every way. However, we are not happy with the people that we talk to in the phone (I think it was another location). We had reserved a 20 ft. truck and a week later I received a call while I was working saying that they didn't have one of that size but a 15 ft. one. The tone of the person talking to me was not very polite, I told her that I needed to talk to my husband first, but since we were both working I wouldn't be able to call her back soon. When I called her after work, another lady told me that they gave the truck to somebody else because I didn't called back inmediately, and now they only had a 10ft. truck at a different location. At this point I was very upset and the tone and voice level of the person talking to me was very rude. Customer service was really bad, thankfully Alan Smith (in the other location) was much better. I hope that something is done about these two ladies, they are not good for customer service at all.
