The truck I reserved was not available. I had to rent a larger truck and go to another location to pick it up. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 9am. She told me that the truck I reserved wasn't due in until 10am. It was 10:20 by the time I was driving a mile by larger truck than the one I wanted. My prior rental back in August was such a horrible experience, because the truck did not have the power it needed and we couldn't take the highway because we couldn't get up to highway speeds. A five hour move in a truck that shook and rattled and was a miserable experience. Never again will I use UHaul....

RABECCA HI booked a 26 ft truck 3 weeks prior to needing it on a one way trip thru Ettingers in Bartlesville, Ok. The day before I was to pick it up my location got moved to Brightworks in Bartlesville. When I arrived Wednesday at 930 am, they were closed. I called the number and the lady said she would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later she showed up and said she had a 20 ft truck, not the 26 ft truck I had scheduled 3 weeks prior. She said the 26 ft truck did not get returned. She gave me a small discount for the 20 ft truck, which I really needed the 26 ft truck. The truck was dirty so I had to wait for her to sweep out. I ordered 18 blankets and paid for them, she forgot to load them on the truck. When I got to my in-laws house (who I was moving), I discovered that she had not loaded the blankets. I tried calling her and she would not answer. She said when I was at her place that she was closed on Wednesday. Whoever switched my pickup location from Ettingers (also in Bartlesville) to Bright works should have taken into consideration the fact that Brightworks was closed on Wednesdays and I was getting a truck on Wednesday. After trying to call Brightworks several times, I called Ettingers and they gladly let me take 15 blankets and said they would replenish their supply from Bright works so I would have blankets to turn in. Although I received a small discount for the smaller truck I received versus what I ordered, it was not helpful because I needed the 26 ft truck. Everything I needed to move did not fit in the 20 ft truck and i am having to make an extra trip in my own pickup from Joplin to Bartlesville to finish the job. The $20 discount I received does not cover the extra $40 in gas I am having to spend for the extra trip due to not receiving the 26 ft truck I reserved 3 weeks in advance. Ettingers in Bartlesville were helpful and the drop off location in Joplin was good and helpful but you need to consider pulling the franchise from Brightworks and firing the dispatcher who messed up my order after they took it away from Ettingers.

Robert MThe woman who assisted with the return was a delight. That entire experience was a complete opposite from the pickup. She even called on the morning of our return day, to welcome us to Bartlesville & confirm drop off or extension. Her customer service is over the top.
HAYDEE QI think the person working at the time might need a little more training because she was unable to find the UHaul location where we wanted to return the trailer. My husband told her I would send her the info, which I did. It was shown as the return somewhat if you followed the order # but when you pull up our account it showed that it was to be returned to OK instead of TX.

Joseph CTruck was clean and ready for me on arrival My first redflag though was the size of the truck. Website shows a different truck photo than what we recieved. Second redflag was the 24 hour windshield tap on the windshield indicating it had just been replaced. Upon further inspection the windshield gasket moulding was not firmly attached on any sides and i had to continuely stop every so often to check it, push it back in place, and in a couple spots tape it down so it wouldnt fly off. Third issue was the wipers. Good thing we didnt hit any rainy spots. The passenger side wiper was just a metal frame with no actual wiper blade installed. The drivers side was so warped and twisted it wouldnt even function. Everything else was in okay shape

My only problem is when i went to pick it up NO ONE was there ,i got a ride there . i was very akward , i had to ask my ride if they could take me back home .i had people waiting for me , i made a reservations , so i seen where there was a reservation garrentee 50 bucks if your truck isnt ready to go at the time of yiur reservation . customer service hung up on me i returned the truck on time with more than plenty of gas and clean inside and out . i kept my end of the deal . waiting for uhual to keep theres.

KAYLA GTruck had check engine light on, and barely ran when idling. It did not have working air or radio. Glad my move was not a long distance. Online check in was awkward and lady didn't have keys in the check out lock box, as app stated. Reservation was supposed to be picked up at different location, buy it was changed day of move, with no notice. Not happy with uhaul at the moment, just glad this move is over.
Ashley LQuicker pickup of equipment. Took well over an hour even though I did the online checkin ahead of time. Agent had to change my vehicle twice because it was double booked then milage was not correct on truck so that was another issue. Was not pleasant and put me well behind schedule for movers.
