James LThis location had way more trucks than their property can easily store. And the personnel that arrived before the store Opened basically ignored me, as I fumbled through the app. My personal vehicle was also in their way, so I moved it OFF their property. (Across the street) Also, I was disappointed to realize that these rental trucks do NOT have cruise control. Making the 3 hour highway drive much less than what we are all accustomed to.
Brian AThe truck was very unsafe to drive. It needs a major alignment and the transmission wouldn't shift until 4500 rpm. It was clean, just needs some maintenance before letting someone else drive it.

Imelda MI had called another U-Haul place and they were very helpful but the place that I decided to go in was Broadmoor DX because they were only 6 miles away from me and the other one was 22 miles. Rodney and his helper were so kind got everything I needed and I would definitely do business with him again.

Olivia KI needed the smallest van and feel i was way overcharged bc they switched on me. I would have rather had zero ramp and smaller truck. Spent $200+ for a few hours for one appliance. Also felt they were annoyed that my DL wouldn't take due to my android phone.
Michelle DTrailer had issues from the get go but I had already been given run around with U-Haul and they messed up my whole schedule so I was stuck with this location.

JERRIN NThey hooked the car trailer up before loading the truck after I had specifically said we would have to leave the car at UHaul, load the truck and then attach the towing trailer. This was a big minus. The movers loading the truck had to work around it.

OLIVIA DI did NOT appreciate Uhaul company repeatedly texting and calling to ask when I would be dropping off the trailer. I had a specific drop off deadline. I paid for that time. I should NOT have been harassed about when I would return trailer. People who rent trailers are moving stuff, have alot going on...DO NOT harass them to return equipment early so u can make an extra buck!

ALLEN MU was told I was charged one amount and was charged a higher amount and no one the location or the uhaul main number could tell me why however when it was returned suddenly I was then also charged the correct amount and then had to wait for the original amount to return that is deceptive business practices and I will be filing a bbb complaint
