We were in and out in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend this hometown U-Haul pick up location. Thank you for the excellent service.
bryan wdropping off was rough because the parking lot is so incredibly small, but the staff were kind and knew what to look for and what questions to ask
Anna DAC quit working an hour into my drive from Oklahoma to Texas. The truck smells like animal urine. The driver side door would not shut completely and the alignment is so bad that the truck was veering towards the side. I would like a refund.

TIA TTwo guys working, small lot and not enough room to return the van without asking where we could park it. Tried to tell him that after I reported the damage to truck caused by another UHaul rental customer who hit mine in a parking lot, he said he did not need to see it. So I took the pictures you told me to, uploaded and at the end of the claim was told to give the details and show the damaged areas when I returned the truck. I did not do this as the person indicated it was not necessary.

James LThis location had way more trucks than their property can easily store. And the personnel that arrived before the store Opened basically ignored me, as I fumbled through the app. My personal vehicle was also in their way, so I moved it OFF their property. (Across the street) Also, I was disappointed to realize that these rental trucks do NOT have cruise control. Making the 3 hour highway drive much less than what we are all accustomed to.
Brian AThe truck was very unsafe to drive. It needs a major alignment and the transmission wouldn't shift until 4500 rpm. It was clean, just needs some maintenance before letting someone else drive it.

Olivia KI needed the smallest van and feel i was way overcharged bc they switched on me. I would have rather had zero ramp and smaller truck. Spent $200+ for a few hours for one appliance. Also felt they were annoyed that my DL wouldn't take due to my android phone.
