Ken BTruck wasn't clean at all. Also to add it wasn't ready for pickup. I had to wait about 5 minutes for him to unload things from the front seat and back cargo area- a blanket , dolly and something else. Also there was a check engine oil sign which did not allow me to notate the mileage. I usually take pictures of the vehicles odometer before I drive off and when I drop it off.

Ronald MAwful pick up experience. App doesn't work. Charged $50+ for gas even though I put $5 worth in to cover the 8 miles I drove so clearly there's a scam to enter the wrong fuel level which I couldn't verify before picking up the truck and as I was forced to wait over 30 minutes to get the truck, I was late and didn't think to check. U Haul is awful overall, not specific to this location

Salim BI gave it a poor rating because I was supposed to pick the truck up in Madison, NJ. However, the day before my move I received a text telling me my truck would now be in Jersey City, about an hour from where I live. Moving is stressful enough but now I had to contend with going quite a bit out of my way to get the truck so that I would be ready for an early morning move. One would think that U-Haul would try to help customers by finding a way to reroute a truck to the agreed upon pickup location. However, the rep I spoke to on the phone could only tell me that the original truck forMadison was in the shop.

SHEIK TFriendly service but my truck had a broken window wiper which I didn't find out until I needed it. It started raining glad I only had an hour left on my trip. Had to switch the good wiper to drivers side to see so got a little wet
MICHAEL REverything went well. First time renting a uhaul and the man Danny was great. The van was ready, running and warm when I got inside.

Fady Git was very fast and easy to set up the reservation and the customer service from the location on broadway was great. i will definitely be using that location again .
RAFAELA GWell this applies to this location specifically not sure of the others but .. upon arrival my uhaul needed to be transported to the station that ended up adding 1 mile to the rental charge which I had to get reimbursed for .. So for improvements I recommend space for uhaul vehicles on the lot not off just is safer and more convenient that way other then that everything else was perfect
