I'll be coming back to this U-Haul dealer for every rental in the future! They are super understanding and friendly. They helped a ton with getting me the right truck for the job.

I did not interact with the workers at 133 W 1st St WA as I did the mobile drop off, so my ‘no’ answer to ‘were the personnel helpful’ is not any fault of the drop off location/workers, but the location was well maintained, plenty of space to drive the uhaul in and back it up into a parking space away from any entrance or exits.

Erika at Brock’s was fantastic. She worked really hard to get us a truck we needed. However, there were some hiccups that had us paying almost $700 when our rental was only supposed to be $334.53. We ended up paying $341.08. We also did not get the discount that we were told we would get for all the issues that we had getting the reserved equipment. We don't fault Brock’s Auto Body or Erika for that.

The check out system required a photo of the front of the vehicle which couldn’t be done as the vehicle was pulled up to a hillside. Perhaps position the vehicle so as to be able to access all sides for the required check out photos.
