I did not interact with the workers at 133 W 1st St WA as I did the mobile drop off, so my ‘no’ answer to ‘were the personnel helpful’ is not any fault of the drop off location/workers, but the location was well maintained, plenty of space to drive the uhaul in and back it up into a parking space away from any entrance or exits.

Randy MErika at Brock’s was fantastic. She worked really hard to get us a truck we needed. However, there were some hiccups that had us paying almost $700 when our rental was only supposed to be $334.53. We ended up paying $341.08. We also did not get the discount that we were told we would get for all the issues that we had getting the reserved equipment. We don't fault Brock’s Auto Body or Erika for that.
