Dropped off after hours so no personnel but signage on where to drop rental and key was very helpful. A light in the dark lot would have been nice but no biggy as long as where I left the truck was acceptable.

Michael GMy last several rentals have not started with a full tank. That in itself is not a problem but I think it would be good if your pickup process included submitting a pic of both the odometer and fuel gauge to start with, in order to avoid any disagreement.
