The self check in is a terrible idea especially if the website just crashes â€¦ it caused a huge delay in my pick up time causing late drop off . I had An extreme terrible experience this time. It also took 40 mins for me to get to a manager who was a great help that was the only positive thing from my experience with uhaul.Brooklyn S.

Tow dolly lights did not work. And, they did not help test working, did so myself. Then they would not look at problem, just sent me with non-working lights to different sight. There it took almost 2 hours to fix! This resulted in a latr long drive.Gerald M.

All the negative feed back would stem from the location on Glenway Ave in Price Hill. Granted there is vast parking in the rear of Brogan's the fact is it is very small and tight on a busy road in a suspect area. Night drop off, truck and keys I wouldn't do because I needed to call cab and wait so I felt vulnerable. People, service and truck itself were great. Thank You!Jeffrey S.

The representatives were great at this location. The reason for the average rating was because the online mobile process is very rocky and the mileage that was listed on my contract was under 600 miles of what the truck actually had. My contract said the truck had 6042 miles, but in all actuality it had 6603 milesNickoles L.

The price of a one way trip was extremely to high. When customer return the truck ahead of time schedule, with gas the same as receive a person should receive partial of his/her money back. I would not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends based on my experience.Shervelle T.

My overall experience with this Uhaul rental yesterday was the worst ever, poor, below average and unsatisfactory. I will not ever use this location again. I will recommend others not either. Yesterday morning during the office paperwork process it took 10 times as long. the gentleman behind the counter asked to see my driver's license and bank card 3 times or more. This same gentleman asked for my telephone several times. This unnecessary additional time held up my movers and I was charged more by my movers. Also, my bank charge had been debited for 3 uhaul truck rental transactions. Then the next day I received an email that stated I had late rental equipment or no equipment turned in. I turned in the truck the same day on Tuesday, August 20th in the evening hours before dark. The truck was filthy dirty and dingy inside the truck ... as if the inside never cleaned or wiped down. I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS RENTAL LOCATION AND MY RENTAL EXPERIENCE. I DEMAND MY MONEY TO BE FULLY REFUNDED! I can be reached at 813-598-2922. Rebecca Lauerrebecca L.

Uhaul's reservation system is completely dysfunctional. I was called 20 minutes before I was suppose to arrive at my original pick up location to be told that there were no trucks available. While the new location was "only 3 miles away" this was during rush hour traffic and the new location was on the other side of the Ohio River. On top of that, they changed the reservation 20 minutes before the new location closed. We arrived right as it closed and they did not have record of our order. Luckily, the person working there was kind enough to stay open and work it out. I will avoid using Uhaul from here on out.Robert H.

Make drop off points at another U-Haul location. I rented in Cincinnati and moved to Kentucky. The Kentucky location would not allow me to drop off there. I had to drive all the way back to Cincinnati to drop the truck off when finished. It really was an inconvenienceDevon S.

Maybe not let the customer wait so long to get help when there are so many employees. I am assuming that because there is only one computer at the front desk, you can only process one customer at a time so that is why I waited patiently. After making reservations at north bend location a day ahead. They call me 30 min before pickup and tell me they don't have what I need. Although the reservation went through. So I had to drive half hour the opposite way. Got there to pick up and they had none of my info. So after taking another half hour to fill out papers I already done online I finally got what I needed. I will probably find another company to use next time. very scary neighborhood, No signs on the outside of the building that said UHaul except a small door sign for after hours. No idea where to park truck. Passed another UHaul dealer on our way to our designated pick up place which was not on our options but was 10 minutes closer. Definitely would not go back there again.Mike O.
