Truck I reserved wasn’t there. Had to rent the one truck at the location. Larger and more expensive but they wouldn’t honor original price. Chose this location because I was offered a $50 discount to switch. Asked several times if I would get the discount, which wasn’t shown in the contract. Was told it come off when truck returned. Returned truck, went through checkout process, no discount. Guy said it should have been there, which is interesting because I had to do a totally new reservation. Guy says maybe I could call the original location. I’m out $50.

Tashula BI understand that they’re a new location but i took me literally 45minutes from the time I arrived to leave with the vehicle. They were clearly not trained in the system but kept trying until I said; “can you call someone at hertz to help you ? Otherwise I’ll have to leave and cancel. They finally called someone who helped walk them through the complex 20 plus minute process. When I returned the vehicle I asked for a final invoice. The shop owner said; it’s no problem you’re all set. No i said, I want this closed out. Still left not knowing what my final cost would be. Problem is; they’re all small convenient store kept busy by ongoing clientele coming and going. They couldn’t give me a final invoice while there. Not comforting! I was tentatively worried that the owner said; you’re ok I’ll take care of it. Very uncomfortable!!!’I went to this location at the request by U-Haul for a 50$ credit bto help promote this location which was so unprepared to conduct this transaction. The old. Adage nothing for nothing certainly applies In conclusion, I can’t entirely fault the location experience given their training and ability to rentals and focus on lotteries sales which took a lot of their time. I get it but they’re just not staffed for the additional business In conclusion it was a truly disappointing experience which will heavily weigh on my future needs
