RANDY RThe guys were great to deal with. They asked about the mileage i would be using. I made them aware that I would probably exceed the mileage by a few miles, so they threw in an additional 20 miles, so I didn’t get hit with any additional overage fees. It may not seem like much, but it meant a lot to me. I greatly appreciated it. Wonderful customer service!!

BRUCE LThe truck was picked with less than a half tank of gas but the person checking it out had it marked as a have tank. It took 10 gallons of gas to get it to a half tank. This was an unexpected cost that I had to incur beyond the rental agreement total. I rented a different 26' uhaul and the ride suspension was horrible. The previous truck suspension I rented was much better.

Billie GHave accessible WiFi for 24/7 pick up. Terrible WiFi or mobile access which is needed to check in and out. I could not complete my check in or check out on my phone. It timed out. Over an hour to try to get the van. The van was clean and well maintained except for the razor blade that was in the cupholder
KARA BI highly recommend Brown’s Tire Towing in Shepherdstown, WV - if you need a UHaul vehicle - and also if you need service for your car. Great professional service and easy parking for your own car.

Wolfgang PThe dropoff process using the app was even worse than the pickup! It took me 30 minutes just to advance through the questions for the dropoff process. I also had to go inside to the provider while helpful rather than receive confirmation through the app. Again, I will NEVER use Uhaul again due to a piss poor app and checkout/checkin process.

William MTrailer shakes while towing between certain speeds. Trailer has major rust that has been poorly repaired over the years. Several spots are rusted completely through the trailer. I rented this trailer a year ago and it was in poor condition. No changes have been made even though I brought up the same issues with the shop last year when renting. Due to no other trailers available, I was forced to use this trailer both times. Due to the company not having safe trailers, I will never again utilize this location for trailer renting.
Kirk RIt's convenient, but has no moving supplies. The truck and the furniture pads were fine, but I would like to have gotten some packing materials and they weren't available.

Robert AThis is the second time my u boxes were not delivered to my home as scheduled !!! I now have another company scheduled to pick up my u boxes for delivery and unload this coming Monday. Unfortunately they can only get 2 boxes at a time and it will take a lot more time and money for delivery and unloading of my u boxes since U-Haul could not do their job.

WILLIAM UTrailer was in poor structural condition, multiple structural areas were rusted completely through with recent paint attempting to make the trailer look in better condition. Trailer had moderate to severe vibration between 50-55 mph. Tires were mismatched and in different wear stages, resulting in poor performance and vibration. License plate was hanging on my a small screw and piece of the license plate, the other plate hole was ripped out prior to rental, had to secure with zip ties.

ashley mAlthough I recognize that the business is run well and the facility was very neat and clean, the tires on the trailer I rented needed to have air in all the tires. On one tire in particular, the air in the tire was half of the required amount and leaked nearly 10 lbs per day. I had to seek an air pump daily to keep up with the proper pressure which was an inconvenience to say the least.
