pick up and drop off location ( Hornaday) The â€œ uhaul repâ€ aka gas station manager was a complete joke. This guy was 25 minutes late meeting me to pick up equipment. He did not apologize. He then arrogantly argued with me when I had a discrepancy on drop off location ( that issue stemmed from my reservation). He had absolutely No professionalism and surely did not represent your company as I'm sure you would want and expect. The equipment was fine and I had no trouble at all with it.SAMUEL C.
Paid for the rental with same card that was used to hold van, why is my account still show a hold on my money hold pending 166.00 plus a 38.00 fee for the transaction, my card company said it can't release the hold until you show that account is paid in full, and that you have released the hold on my cardWilliam O.

The truck had engine light on and was hard to get speed up as it has a lot of noise. Needs servicingRAJINI B.
We secured our uhaul a week prior to needing it and we had a confirmation number and everything for 10:30am on the day of use. Come the day of use I got a text saying we can't get it till 2:45 in the afternoon. Completely ruined the move. The help I had couldn't help later in the day. Uhaul really screwed me and the move I had. Won't be using you guys again.JAMES F.

Do routine maintenance on your trucks. The truck would not start at my home and had to have roadside assistance come just to find out that the battery connections were extremely loose. This process took about 2 1/2 hoursKenneth B.

Prices are too high. Advertise a daily rate of $19.95 per day and then load up the charges. When you charge $0.99/mile AND require customer to purchase gas, a bit much. Maybe consider an hourly rate that's all inclusive.MAX C.

Can't write want I want to because it would offend some people. But right now I don't care. Turned the 5 X 5 trailer in at a gas station. The towel head behind the counter was to busy talking on the phone. I was told to "park it over there." Did not get a receipt, no e mail message or anything. The side of your truck said 29.95 I had the truck for 3 hours had to take a detour because of accident maybe 5 to 8 miles out of my way and I get charged $150. I will never rent uhaul again, you fooled me twice so shame on me there won't be a third time.RICHARD T.

Set to pick up truck at 8 am. The person working had no idea what to do. Tried to check in on line but system wouldn't let me. Had to return at 10 when another person came in. Also upon reviewing my bill I was charged for fuel. I returned truck at the same level that I received it. I fueled at that location before checking back in. I will never use this location again. Yes it was only $30 but that isn't the point. I've used Uhaul several times through the years, I have never had a bad experience like this before. Not sure if I will use again.john N.

My credit card was charged for the wrong amount, almost double the agreement. When we turned truck back in it was clean, not damaged and had the same amount of gas as when we received it. Not sure why I was charged the wrong amount on my credit card. Will dispute charges!SCOTT W.

The customer service reps that I dealt with were very pleasant to work with. I reserved our truck at the Lafayette Road, Indianapolis, IN, location. However, who ever scheduled the truck pick up, had us picking it up in Brownsburg, IN. This was very inconvenient for us as we had to driver further to pick it up and that cut in to our travel time.Linda H.

Please be advised, the truck was in good mechanical, and visual shape. However it was in deplorable condition when it comes to interior smell. After not be to visit/graphic, it was worse than an out house that had been sitting with decaying fecal matter. If it wasn't for wearing a mask, and a half a bottle of Lysol, I would've gotten sick to my stomach and lost my lunch Violently all over the dashboard. The interior stench of the van that I rented is/was extraordinarily unacceptable. Thank you for your time in advance for reading this review, and compensating our account accordingly.PAUL B.

Well... I first tried UHaul,com, the program jumped all over the screen, and would NOT let me click on anything. So I called U Haul, and set up a reservation. Not sure why but when I arrived at the U Haul store my reservation had been canceled. The attendant took care getting me back into a truck. When I brought it back all was well, the attendant told me my cost, and that I would receive an email that explained everything. When I checked my email I had 6 that all said the same thing.. Not sure why you send so many of the same email.richard C.
