Having Uhaul as a side business to supplement his motorcycle shop was clearly an inconvenience to the owner yet he clearly needs the money. Not the best choice for Uhaul

I did select a dolly in addition to a truck, the dolly was not in the truck when I picked it up but I believe I was still charged for it. I did try to park consciously when i returned the truck but some dumb dumb parked their car along the trucks so, I couldnt fit there. I hope where I left the truck was okay, I did my best
Sierra RWhen arriving, expecting a typical U-Haul experience with a manned front desk and knowledgeable and helpful service staff, I was greeted with a locked front door and one greasy mechanic found after walking around thruogh a back door. I was then told, I cannot help you until you have an authorization code to show me. I tried to use the U-Haul app which he knew nothing about and simply said call the number. The app worked poorly and I eventually had to call "the number" (Customer Service). 30-minutes later, I was next to a truck and the app would NOT upload photos of the truck. As a result, I was in the heat unable to read my phone screen trying over and over to get the photos of the truck to upload sweating my ass off in the Tucson heat and arrived late to the move site. IT WAS A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
JAMES AWhile the person was friendly, he did not check in the trailer on U-Haul's system which caused me a fair amount of time on the trip to communicate and follow-up. I did not get the drop-off location for over 24 hours because of this. I had to call in 3 times just to set the record straight. Somehow the system had 2 rentals for me, and neither were updated when I took control of the trailer! I had other things to consider on my trip and this experience added unnecessary stress to it all.

VINCENT SBubba does a good job receiving your equipment. Please make sure that you clean out the truck. I would go as far and say to wipe down the dash and console and vacuum the flioor of the cab.

RAYVEN TOnline process to check in took forever I even sent a chat to speak to someone and I was waiting for awhile. Once bubba came to his shop, he was such a pleasant person to talk to and helped me with the process. His directions were clear and he was so nice!

Richard WI reserved a dolly for my move. The dolly was not provided and it caused some extra work moving some heavy furniture. I noted this in the check in and check out online. But, was still charged for the dolly.
