CHARLANE HAfter hours pick up and drop off using the app on your phone is difficult. It was hard to get a good signal at the pick up and drop off location. The photos required took a long time to upload. It took me 40 minutes to pick up the truck - standing int he parking lot in the dark- alone. The truck/van that I rented was dirty on the inside. It hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were dead bugs in the cab. The floormats were dirty and so was the dash. Drop off was easier.

Camilla WI opted for mobile pickup. The App was a nightmare!! We have to spend 40 mins to pickup the truck due to U-Haul APP issue. It asks my headshot when I upload it loads and loads for several minutes but nothing happens. Gives a warning message that the size of the photo is large 🤷🏻♂️. Luckily I have my friend with me and he has an android. It worked with Android!! Same issue while returning. Does not take odometer photos. But worked when I used my friend android phone. What if i don’t have android?

DESIREE LOver the 6 years I’ve been in the Raleigh/Fuquay area, I have rented from Buckhorn many times for local needs. Craig always has the size truck I need and makes the rental process very quick and easy! I drive past other locations because I have confidence things will always go well at Buckhorn General Store.

ANDREW IThe headlights on your trucks are out of date and weak at best - so weak it made driving at night unsafe. Either replace and refinish lenses or get LED bulbs.
