Horrible experience! Ordered 24 blankets, only had 6. Needed the connector to hook up lights , didn’t have one. The guy had ZERO personality. Ended up getting 6x12 enclosed trailer that leaked all over my brand new table/chairs and because there were no blankets to cover it all we now to have spend extra $ to get the chairs upholstery cleaned.

Truck was ready when we got there. Everything functioned as it should. When we returned the truck, the gentleman was there 30 minutes after hours and completed our transaction without me having to wait until the next business day to have my “hold” released and process the correct charge. Well done.

Got the oldest beater trailer on the lot after asking for the almost new one next to it. Struggled to get all the lights working I’ve rented UHaul’s for over 45 years and wouldn’t rent the time of day from that location again

At that location, the gentleman needs an extra hand but overall, it was good because he does pretty much all the way himself, but somebody used to also get in and wipe down the drink trays and all that Because the drink trees, what you drink, the holder is sometimes dirty looks like somebody's been smoking in them, but he needs one Easter help to help him out with maybe 2. And then he moves everything himself, he got everything organized, but I believe he likes to work on his own, which is okay too, but sometimes it's too much. Let berry frappely

The owner/operator(s) were very kind, knowledgeable and able to provide me with the services I requested. They explained all aspects of the rental and made me feel at ease with the stressful aspects of a self-move. I had no reservations regarding the extra coverage for liability as it removed any additional stress regarding the truck and any issues that may arise.

No one was available to get keys to pick up the truck. Late getting truck by an hour. Unable to do a second load due to not having enough time to load and unload and make the return time.

Due to a pick up location change by Uhaul I was forced to deal with this man again. He is horrible, rude and acts like he is mad at the world. I can't understand why Uhaul continues to let him be a representative for the company.

I was supposed to get charged for the smallest trailer. I made a reservation and they gave it to somebody else. So they upgraded it for free. Looks like I got changed for the upgrade.

I've already filed a complaint I'm not typing it all over, but in short at the location, they didn't have everything I needed which delayed me from starting on time, but they wouldn't extend my U-Haul with no extra money on top of that. The person who worked at the front desk seemed to be racist how he responded to me and walked off in my face yet there was another customer in there which he talked to way differently and stood there and gave them his full attention and I know there's cameras in the location that can clearly show that I didn't go in with the attitude or anything. I simply just asked him a question of do they have the dolly because I picked up last night and it wasn't in There.

The lock box we were assigned and given the passcode to contained the wrong set of keys. After being on hold with customer service for 30 minutes, another couple came to pick up their U-Haul. Thankfully, they were given our keys, and we had theirs. Terrible service.

Well, customer service is below average! The price of 19.95/15/and I drove 5 miles and my bill was over $50!

No issues with the location at all! However the enclosed trailers NEED to have the jacks installed to help lift the trailers of the hitches! I struggled for almost 20 minutes to get the damn thing off! I could have seriously hurt myself! I also was just moments away from leaving with the trailer and having to keep it all week til I could return during business hours on Saturday! I reckon that would not have made U-Haul very happy! I am supposedly awaiting a return phone call from the region market president regarding this issue! I look forward to hearing from him! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

The man was rude. Was a smart ass when I ask a question. My reservation was at 10 am, I was driving up to the location at 10:09 when he called and rudely said, are you still coming to get this truck? After 9 minutes you are being rude. Quoted me the wrong price, even after me asking several times if it was the total. Truck was clean but the ride was rough and it rattled like it was going to fall apart. Appliance dolly strap was broken so it was useless. I will be needed another Truck in the near future, and although this location is convenient, I will be going somewhere else.

Only reason I’m rating 1 star is because $220 is ridiculously expensive for 6 hours of renting a U-Haul. Please call or text me to discuss refunding $120. But know we are disputing the double charge on the credit card.

Inspect truck before each use headlight out. Very dirty no wiper fluid for dirty windshield, Bad fumes ate too much gas for a 14 mile trip.
