Allowed me to make a reservation for a place that had no one to assist on pick up. After having to call the general line, they allowed me to be able to pick up a truck without anyone, I got a call back from someone who didnt assist but put blame on the management and then told me I was being out of line. The truck itself had none of my equipment and was really dirty on the inside. I got my bill and the equipment has still not been taken off. Really poor hospitality and procedures

The cat smell like cat. The flat dollies wheels had glass in it that stopped it from rolling and made it unusable. Otherwise it was a good truck.

earnest wI didn't realize this was an unmanned office. It was difficult to locate. The checkout person finally showed up right at the 9:30 pick up time. They handed me their phone to talk to someone and wandered off. My wife had to tell me to leave the key dropoff area because they went to the front of the building. Would be great if they got there before me. All the razor wire made me think I should have brought my AR15. I did not like Uhaul switching me to a location further away since I specicically chose my original location so that I could make last minute changes such as a dolly etc. Don't try to locate the Bush Career Center on a map program. It doesn't exist.
