So I have no major complaints about my experience, however, I had a 9am reservation and due to only one person being at the counter to assist customers it was almost half an hour before I was able to get my truck due to the person before me having issues uploading his driver license and such. Not the company's fault of course, but an extra person to help me get in and out quicker would have been nice. The only other minor complaint I would have is when I went to get my truck the one of the employees offered a different truck that was "easier" to get to and proceeded to clean off the truck and warm it up for me. However due to the paper work being a different truck I had to go around to the side of building and get into a truck that was not cleaned off from the recent snow fall. (again, not that big of deal but still...) I also noticed the mileage was off by 1 mile, and the gas tank was only 3/4 full instead of a full tank. Now that being said, it was very clearly explained by the customer service representative to verify that mileage was correct and tank was full before I left, however due to it taking longer to get on the road I was in a hurry. 1 mile off is not a big deal (it only cost me an extra $0.99, but the 3/4 gas tank probably cost me an extra $20+. That's on me of course because it was explained, BUT the paperwork for that specific truck showed that it should have had a full tank and it did not. I can see how this mistake could be made because the needle was at the end of the gray 3/4 mark, but it was not all the way to dash for F. (for full) Ultimately I would use this location again as they have several trucks available and are in close proximity to my storage unit. The last complaint I would have is the back roll up door on the truck I had sticks very badly when raising it less than a foot. It took some effort to get it open each time.Adam R.

get a better internet system whats the point of making a reserveration if you have to wait over a hour for pickup the web site gives you a 50.00 dollar reservation guarantee but then dont honor it i should have been credited the 50.oo but was not.. the poor girl working there tried and tried but it was uhauls systemmichelle W.

We picked the truck up at 8pm. It took 45mins to get â€œapprovedâ€. Then we found out our dolly's weren't even in the truck. Of course we were packing all the heavy stuff that night but couldn't get anything done without the dolly's. We called in the morning to pick it up and the lady was rude. A discount of some sort would have been nice for the inconvenience.Matthew G.

This is the 4th trailer rental at this location in 2 minths. All 4 had issues resulting on loss of hotel nights days driving to Florida from indiana, road side repairs , and credit card double billing issues. Quite frankly i am not sure if there was a category they did not fail in. I will never go to Busy bee again. I am currently waiting on local district manager to respond its been 8 days And counting since customer service said i would hear from the district manager direct on placing a formal complaint on this location.Robert B.
I reserved the truck for 7am and wasn't able to get it until 1015 due to system issues setting us back 3 hours of moving. I filled the tank up more than what I recieved it with and you don't get credit for that. The truck was filthy and smelled of urine.Miguel P.

Excellent customer service. Had me in and out in minutes. The truck itself is a little worn. It was hard to get the key to turn the ignition. One of the bumpers to the left of the granny attic was only attached with one mounting bolt. The other one was disconnected. Not a big deal to me, but should be fixed before it totally comes off. Regardless, busybee customer service was excellent. I would use then again and again. Thank you busybee !!!John H.

Someone worked with me every step of the way from hooking up the trailer to my vehicle, to checking that the lights work, to even unhooking and parking the trailer when I returned it because their lot was full.
