There was no one there even though I was dropping off the equipment within business hours. No designated place to return equipment. Very difficult to unhook and park the equipment myself since there was not much maneuvering room.Amy S.

U-haul sent me to the wrong location, however when I called the gentleman in Alabama, he was very accommodating & appolozied . His location was in Lillian, AL where I took it. Very Helpful, U-Haul needs to correct this, otherwise everything went great & everyone I felt with was accommodatingRON C.

The experience of moving is, to say the least, unpleasant. Farley made renting the truck a very enjoyable ordeal. I will, if need, come back to UHaul AND tell my friends what a good experience it wasMIKE B.
Farley was very good to work with. He had the equipment I needed when I said I needed it and he went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. The only problem that I had was that a tire was out of balance on the truck. The only way to notice this was to get it up to highway speed.WALTER G.

Gave me a truck that was different than the paperwork. This has caused over a week of financial problems and my debut card being charged multiple times without authorization and wreaking havoc in my bank account. All because someone didn't pay attention and do their job right!DOUGLAS B.

Next when someone reserves a truck. Make sure that one is available in that location. I drove 300 miles one way to pick up a truck. I had 7 peoples schedules dependent upon me picking up the truck at the location I reserved and on the time I reserved. Because the truck was not there. I had to drive an additional 1.5 hours to get my truck from a different location. All of the people that were depending on my schedule had to adjust their situations to make mine work. Although someone from Uhaul did attempt to contact me the day before to notify me a truck was not available, the bottom line is I should not be able to pay/reserve a truck online if there is a chance of it not being available when I come to pick it up. In addition, although the supervisor I spoke with did comp a car tower trailer so that I could to the vehicle I was driving behind the truck bc I had to go so far out of my way to get a truck, they did not compensate me for my extra time and expense required to go pick up the truck from the other location. Therefore, at the end of the day, I felt like I was supposed to be appreciative to uhaul that I only had to drive an additional 1 and half picking up and incur the cost of the fuel for the additional mileage.SUSAN M.
