This location went out of their way to accommodate my extended need for the rental truck. My only suggestion to this location would be to have more patience when your customers when they would like to know exactly what the charges were for and why. That is a valid concern to any customer at any business and I would venture to say a right and a responsibility of the business to make it absolutely clear what they paid for and how it was billed.

Dominick RI chose a 10" truck and it wasn't there when I got to the lot. No one was at the location and I chose to pick up the truck with someone. I understood it was Father's Day but this shouldn't have been available option to pick up the truck with someone if they were closed or closed early.
