Let customers know they can park anywhere at the location they’re picking up from prior to renting at that location. Not threaten them with being towed after they’ve already driven a half hour from the pickup location!

My appointment was 1:30 and when I get there they inform me that my truck wasn’t available because the previous customer didn’t bring it back. For sure the lady was nice and friendly but they supposed to inform me about that ahead of time. I was there waiting for 40 min before I pick up the vehicle

There are narrow streets and no parking making it difficult to park or move large trucks.

This location does not have the room to drop off a 26’ truck. It is also on the corner of a dead end street that is difficult to turn a truck around. I was also charged a $58 cleaning fee, where it should have been $25. I swept out the truck, so all they had to do is fold the blankets.

I booked a truck Wed night for a mobile pickup on Tues. I get to the location and app tells me my reservation is cancelled. Luckily the girl showed up and I was able to get a truck. You guys are a pain in the ass to deal with.

Would not recommend 340 Cox st, they charged a cleaning fee of $25 for "debris " when I brought the van back exactly how I got it, guess they really needed an extra $25, I never had this problem with any other location. So beware they will rip you off, TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES!!!!
