tried to call when we arrived in town , no answer or call back, no one at site to check you in and no room to even park and leave the truck, terrible!

Take this location off your options. They were not there for the pick up time, came in late didn't really have a care that they were late. Then they continued to insist we hadn't paid or anything. They said computer systems were down, okay but don't belittle someone after they have insisted they have done the proper steps. This location is more concerned about there real estate transactions and home rentals to give U-Haul good customer service.

First no one answered my calls or returned the voice mail I left. It took us 2 hours to pick up the truck. No one was there when they opened which we scheduled an In person over the counter pick up at opening because the online mobile pick up was such a hassle last time. The lady I did end up talking too from the location, didn't know anything about how to help me with the online that I was having issues with filling out the check in form. It was a long two hours trying to pick up the truck from this location. Such a hassle, not pleased with the experience at all.

After filling out info in San Bernadino, CA pickup and finding the truck had a cracked window, we had to go to Big Bear for a smaller truck. Suppose to be discounted for the inconvenience and extra free miles. Smaller truck was 20 footer which online is $900+ and final cost was $1,080 something. So not much discount AND there was no dolly, no pads as had ordered at SB location. Hard to tell if there was a discount though there were some extra miles but we had to drive from Big Bear to get it home.

There was no one at the location when I dropped off the trailer. I called the number posted and the individual I spoke to said to just drop the trailer and he would check it back in. 12 days later I got a call saying I had not returned the trailer, so clearly it had not been checked back in. This location had been very helpful in the past and they rectified the current mistake immediately, for which I was grateful.

The app to check in and get truck is buggy. I couldn't upload pictures or the odometer. Then the app crashed and when I try to restart the app to finish the check in process and update pictures etc I couldn't...

No personal around to help. Tight fit pulling in and needed help backing up. Nobody there to help. Just a sign to login To your mobile device to checkout. That a pain in the ass as internet was spotty. Almost got injured when following the direction on disconnecting the cargo trailer. Needed to chick my wheels; once I i hockey from the hitch receiver, trailer stated to move forwarded and almost pinned myself between my truck and the trailer. No damage to my truck..

This location has new owners and if they are going to be playing nickel dime games with clients and trying to figure out just what they can add on they will not last very long at all in this small community. I returned the vehicle to the location in my reservation and was charged wrong location fee.I was charged an after hours service fee and they have a night drop box and never had that problem before with any of my drops. You know, Penske has just opened offices in both of my picked and drop locations, I wonder if they will do this to me.

They charged me for gas even though I had returned the truck with more gas than when I got it, which was a 1/4 of a tank and I returned it with 1/3rd of a tank. They should have at least contacted me first before charging me so that I don't have to hassle with getting a refund.

The vendor forgot to add my dolly, which of course, was essential in a move. Also, the windshield hadn't been cleaned from the past several snow storms and was dirty and dusty. I had to clean this before safely proceeding. The cab was smelly and needed to be wiped down. Never using this vendor again.
