Had an area manager and a new employee help me out picking up this truck. Cannot say enough good things about both. Elbert and Chris were their names I believe. Walked me through everything and showed me exactly how to use the truck as well as how to connect and work the auto transport. Amazing service, truck was great. Truck performed better than the Penske I reserved 18 months ago for my last move. I will be using U-Haul again instead.
