the server did not speak English well and could not help me with the check in. I already uploaded all documents to be all set and had to go through the entire process again

I was told that I couldn’t take the truck because the owner of the location’s car was parked behind it and they didn’t have keys to move the car. The only person attending to pickup location only spoke a few words of English and couldn’t help with anything. I had to translate to Bengali on my phone to ask where the furniture dolly that I reserved was locating. I was never able to get the furniture dolly which made my move much more difficult. It took me 20 minutes to finally get the truck out of the spot because they had left a car behind the truck with no keys. It made my entire morning behind schedule.

Ashlynn CWhile the counter worker was friendly, they were in no way prepared to help anyone with a U-Haul rental. The worker did not know anything about how to do rentals, only asking if everything was complete and which key they should give me. They had to call another phone number several times and ask me to leave a voicemail on that phone to get help. Finally when we got someone on the phone after 20 or so minutes, the whole pickup was done over the phone. And the reserved furniture pads didn't exist. When I dropped off the vehicle they just took the key and didn't know what to do either, just asked if we were all set—no checking of mileage, fuel level, etc.—I would not recommend this location.

Loretta CGuy at desk had no idea what to do. Called someone and handed the phone to me. Found a shopping cart in the back of the cab and the furniture mats I ordered were not there.
