Stop turning your customers into your employees. I don't want to spend an hour trying to find the location, check myself into a rental, call the 800 number to ask why it isn't giving me a locker pin code for the key, etc. I want to walk into a location and speak to a person that can help me as fast as possible so I can get on with my moving day. Unacceptable that nothing works in your system for pick up and when calling nobody is able to help and I have to speak to 10 different people until I can find someone to assist. Do not change the pick up location, No one let me know about the new contract, No one knows what is going on, U-Haul canceled the contract, then I had new contract unknown to me, reinstated the original contract, cancelled again, U-Haul did not know I had the truck, did not know I returned the truck????Rocco L.
