I dropped the truck off at 14:33 on Friday and they attempted to bill me for three additional days. They also tried to charge an over mileage expense. Thankfully I took a picture of the fuel/millage at drop off and the phone time stamped it. Customer service corrected the billing only because I had proof.

I was overcharged. a 29.99 a day rental for two day and was charged 120$. absolutely ridiculous.

First of all the location we had reservations for changed at the last minute which was inconvenient. Secondly, when the location changed the hand dolly came off the order. When we picked up the trailer, the furniture dolly had been given to someone else. We were given the oldest trailer when a brand new one of the same size was right next to it. The trailer we got had small holes in the floor and had not been swept out, and was the creakiest trailer we’ve ever rented. We ended up going to the store on Governors Drive and will be using that location from now on, and will recommend that location to all, if we ever use Uhaul again. They couldn’t even get a receipt to print out for us!

The app drop-off function was very easy. The shop was dirty (what do you expect for a mechanic shop?). Once inside, there was a U-Haul office. The guy there was helpful and knowledgeable. Quite a contrast from my experience earlier in the day!

Upon making reservations to travel out of state. I was told a dolly would be on the truck, that was false. I tried to call the location after I got the tuck, it had already closed. I was under the impression that a storage unit would be available when I arrived in Lawrenceville, GA. Only to find out the U-Haul I returned the truck to had no storage unit neither did a unit ever exist. Actually it was a U-Haul/car dealership. I had to go out of my way to find a unit before any of them closed for my items. Not to mention my card was charged $75 for fuel by what rate?!. This is my first time moving out of state and I'm really disappointed with the false information that I was given. I had to spend funds that wasn't in my budget.

Cannon's Racks and Axles knows what customer service is and they make sure the customer is satisfied. They will go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. The equipment was very clean and in very good operating order. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a U-Haul.

I did not get the size truck I reserved.Had to pick up at different location.They gave all the appliance dolly's to one customer, so I had to drive the 26' foot truck to another location to pick up. The truck was nasty on the inside,full of trash,cigarette butts ,coffee cups. Both of the door pockets were full of water. A roach came out of a vent when I was driving. The back of the truck was nasty. It had not been cleaned out. There were three places that leaked. I had several items that were ruined. Pictures,and a piece of furniture. Rugs, comforters and some clothes were soaked. There were delays when I picked up the truck and the trailer. The drop off location was not right. I had to call customer service myself to get this straightened out. A very bad experience!!!! I have always used Uhaul for my moves, but this was so such a bad experience I will never use Uhaul again.

This location is a repair shop, so a bit messy. The staff very nice BUT uHaul changed my request from a 17 ft vehicle to a 20 ft. This was not appropriate for several reasons. I am 5'3" so was had difficulty getting in and out of the truck. I was unable to close the back, and the pick up and drop locations weren't designed to accommodate a 20 ft truck. In order to get off one of the properties we had to turn around in the yard causing $800+ damage to the yard. uHual needs to find a better method to assign trucks that are not the requested size. Had I known this in advance I would not have accepted this "upgrade".

1: windshield wipers were in very bad condition, and as it was a heavy mist day, made driving dangerous 2: you have to walk through their garage/shop to get to the rental “desk”, and they have no visible moving supplies for sale 3: where truck was parked, you had to drive over a curb onto a main road (and drop off parking in the same place, over the curb, with very little lighting

I reserved a trailer for 4pm the day before. When I showed up at 10 minutes early, they informed me the "Uhaul guy" was gone for the day. I had them call him, and they had to convince him to return. He said he'd be there in a "minute" which ended up being over 15, which led to me rushing to make my delivery.

Took 1 hour 30 minutes to pick up truck which caused my movers to quick after loading due to timing. I had to hire some others to drive truck to tn from al and paid additional 250.00 the teuck coolant light was on and shook at 60 mph mad my 2 hr travel time 3 .5 hrs. I was hung up on by a rep and disconnect 3 other times the rep i. Huntsville was great but he too stated that he has never seen anything like my horrible experience. I demand a refund i have requested a mgr call me 3 times and yet. NOthing 256 740 7599

have agreed upon items available when rental truck is picked up, ordered appliance trucks with truck rental, had to go to another u haul location to pick up appliance trucks, took rental time to pick up what should have been ready.

Person who handles the rentals was not there. Someone who did not know what to do called several people trying to figure out what to do. Took more time that should have. Also, IN mileage was wrong which cause me to be charged for 132 overage miles which I didn't come close to the allotted miles.

The staff were extremely friendly and personable. The vehicle we received was brand new (2017) and was very clean. The only thing I would recommend as an item to improve upon is to ensure the furniture pads are in the vehicle or given to the customer before they leave the property. Otherwise, great people and would definitely use their location for future moves!

The location was fine. My problem was that I booked to pick up my truck at the Coosa Corner location. I booked it well in advance, but a few days before I had it reserved, I got a text that I could pick it up 50 miles away. If I reserve a truck at one location, that's where I expect to pick it up. That snafu lead to lots of problems at the last minute before the move. No one told me when I made the reservation that I might have to pick it up somewhere else thus adding to the price I pay. That's a problem for me, and I didn't appreciate it one bit.

I reserved a 26' and 20' truck but when I arrived at the location, only the 26' showed in the reservation. I had also reserved several bags of blankets but they did not have them in stock when I arrived.

I was not asked if I wanted safe move but it was added automatically. After my last experience with "safe move" I do want it added as my insurance company had to pay for the last incident. If my insurance company is responsible for my accidents, safe move is not something I would recommend.

I was not asked what level of insurance I desired, just charged $42 for the insurance the agent chose for me. I recently rented the same size trailer in Knoxville at a true Uhaul business and I was asked what insurance I wanted and paid $9 for it. My quote of $153 for tge rental went up to $200+ didn't realize it until I dropped it off, seems unfair to me. When I got the traiker walk through inspection, condition,lights etc was not performed, the man was nice and pleasant enough, but was more concerned about his mechanic shop business.

Very nice people, they even gave me a lift when a cab was too far away. The location is not glamorous by any stretch, but I suppose it serves it's purpose!

Vehicle was very dirty outside with bird poo covering the windshield. The 26 ft truck drove well until you reached highway speed when it shook violently. I was delayed almost an hour at pickup when the attendant was late arriving.
