Mike BThe trailer I reserved had a severe blowout while driving in extremely heavy traffic. It was a small miracle it didn’t flip over. When the repairman came to replace the shredded tire, he inspected the other tires and ended up replacing 3 of the 4 tires. The person renting the trailer obviously knew the tires were bald as well as knowing our destination was Utah. They should have been replaced before we left. But since I was his last customer for the day, he was eager to leave and hurriedly got us hooked up and out the door. We were very lucky we weren’t injured. Very disappointed.

ROBERT AThe U-haul was clean, had 3/4 of a tank of gas when we picked it up. No problems with the u-haul. I was not impressed with the owner of the location. He is very rude and we will not be back to this location because of that.

FREDERICK BWent to pick up the truck. The keys were not in the lock box. Customer service had to be called and they had to get a hold of the manager to come give us the keys that were supposed to be in the lock box at 7:00 in the morning.

WILSON PThe manager was an asshole, belittled me when I picked up, belittled me when I dropped off, complete dick, won’t recommend this place at all, plus overcharged. I will blast this on social media also. I am an oil and gas consultant and have alot of colleagues who are constantly moving , I definitely will not recommend this Uhaul company.

Mark BU-Haul has been my go to service provider for self moving. Prices seem to vary from location/state to location/state. However, the personnel supporting each location have been friend/supportive/ professional!

Tai NThey were at lunch and no one was there to disconnect the trailer. Not a big deal but surprising there was not another attendant or note regarding they were out. I left the trailer there and was sent a checkin confirmation afterwards.
