How U-Haul Reviews WorkTHIS IS NOT THE LOCATION TRAILER WAS DROPPED OFF AT. 5231 RYE PATCH RD LUDOWICI, GA IS WHERE IT WAS DROPPED OFF. MY RESERVATION WAS TO DROP OFF AT 3584 ISLANDS HWY MIDWAY GA 31320. THE PERSON AT THIS LOCATION WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO DROP IT OFF. I TOLD HIM YOUR MY DROP OFF POINT ON MY RESERVATION BUT STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULID NOT BE A UHAUL REPRESENTATIVE. THE RATINGS ABOVE FOR DROP OFF LOCATION IS FOR THE LOCATION 3584 ISLANDS HWY MIDWAY GA. I CALLED AND TALKED TO 4 PEOPLE BEFORE I WAS PROVIDED AN ADDRESS TO DROP IT OFF AT. DROP OFF LOCATION OF 5231 RYE PATCH RD LUDOWIC GA WAS SATISFACTORY JUST LIKE PICK LOCATION.
