Your agent has a dog. I asked him what his name is. He told me HNIC. I didn't understand and he explained. He said it means Head Nigar In Charge. I wanted you to know because you can't fix a problem if you don't know it's broken. And you have a problem.
Ralph WLarge lot with plenty of room to turn around and drop the trailer off. No issues, dropped it off and left.
Andrew L40 miles out of Canyon Lake and the engine light came on. The overdrive did not work properly. I could see the gas needle moving down while driving this truck. I spent $700.00 to get to my destination. I tried speaking to the drop off location about the engine light and all the gas it took to get me to my destination and they blew me off and said I had to speak to the place where I picked it up at.

Gudelio mReturned trailer a day early and was not credited for the early return. Credit a customer who has returned a rental a day early. Also no one was present at the location when I returned the trailer. Was told when I rented the trailer if it was returned early I would be credited.

Robert SWhen I dropped the truck off here, I wasn't sure what the process was. I parked, checked the U-Haul app, and started the process through it. I was taking pictures of the truck when an employee finally came up to me and he made a joke about how I was doing his job. I mentioned the cab was dirty when I picked up the truck, and he said that they don't clean the trucks. They're only concerned with pieces of trash and things like that. If U-Haul wants to keep customers, they should have higher standards than this. The entire rental process was very frustrating and made me reluctant to rent a U-Haul again. At the last minute, they reassigned me a different-sized truck without the extras that I ordered. I had to pay more for a truck I didn't want with no extra supplies.
John HGreat response for flat tire on trailer. Only item was when I reserving the items it told me the trailer was basically free. Had a charge and then the charge reversed. When I paid it don’t reverse the charge. I wouldn’t market this deduction if the plan is to charge people after the fact.

JA SWe rented a one way trailer. I was advised I could drop it off at any location. We were told we could only drop it off over an hour from our destination after we picked it up, it was crazy out of the way and very ridiculous as we were close to Austin, San Marcos etc but had to drive it all the way to Canyon Lake an hour out of the way. I was very disappointed.
