This was the worst uhaul experience I have had. I will probably not be using U-Haul again.

Stop double charging people
Czyz hThe location is out of the way and actually right near our mechanic but the parking lot was small so if you do not know how to drive any substantial vehicle you would not be able to get in or out. The vehicle itself drove nice and AC worked great. It was clean but cleaned improperly. The steering wheel was sticky, cupholder and seats were stuck to the back when you tried to move them forward.

Semere TIt was a totally non contact experience - online and app all the way. Never saw a live person. spoke with live person only to get lock box code to retrieve the key.
William HRented a handtruck and it was not in the truck when I picked up after hours. The next day I called to tell them and wanted to swing by to get it, he was very uncaring and told me to go to a different town to try and get one or call u-haul. Also, I was still charged $20
Roberta PI filled the gas tank past the line that was marked on the print out that they gave me. I left the truck with more gas than I received it with and I was still charged additionally for gas.
