If it is a non personnel location make sure the renter has access to the key without having to go through the process and then still have to wait for the owner to get there and give you the key. Which then cuts into the time you have paid for because you already filled out all information thinking it would be a smooth and simple process. Never again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck did not contain the moving blankets I ordered.
Lloyd BThis was the worst uhaul experience I have had. I will probably not be using U-Haul again.
MICHAEL JStop double charging people
Czyz hThe location is out of the way and actually right near our mechanic but the parking lot was small so if you do not know how to drive any substantial vehicle you would not be able to get in or out. The vehicle itself drove nice and AC worked great. It was clean but cleaned improperly. The steering wheel was sticky, cupholder and seats were stuck to the back when you tried to move them forward.
