I first booked for pick up in Boca. It was moved to pompano and I was unable to go to that location. They moved it again for me to Delray. The person in Delray told me I could pick up any time if it's after hours I could get key from lock box. When I arrived I had no directions on how to get the key. I sat on hold for at least 30 minutes with customer service to figure it out. Now two weeks later they charged me for an extra day but I did not take an extra day. When calling customer service they said they saw I returned it on time but had to wait for charge to no longer be pending to dispute the charge.

For starters let the person know the drop off box is in the back of the plaza Or at least place a sign on front door I spent an extra half an hour on the phone trying to resolve this issue. I did my part went and cleaned the truck and refilled Gas For 200 total for the few hours seems overpriced

rodney sOnly issue was we had confirmed the rental of a hand truck to assist in moving heavy bins and boxes and when we showed up there was not one available . We ended up having to rent one elsewhere which was very disappointing
RICHARD WMr Shipper personnel initially did not know how to correctly hook up an auto-trailer. I had to do it myself until they finally called in the manager who helped me. They did not have the pads or dolly that I reserved. Location is in a tight strip mall. Unsat experience.
HARRY HI rented the truck at 8 and returned it at 4. Yet I was charged for 2 days.
Kenneth SCharged me extra for a few miles over. Fact is I spent 20 minutes driving around looking for a gas station to replenish fuel. Returned with more fuel than when I picked up. Still added the mileage. Won’t be going back there again.
SEVERIN KLet the customer know that when they rent they'll receive a few texts about next steps. Like taking a picture of the truck plate, confirmation of drop off time, etc. I didn't see these until I was well on my way because I wasn't expecting them.

PETER RI had an extremely frustrating experience with U-Haul. The dolly that I specifically requested and paid for was nowhere to be found when I picked up the truck. When I contacted customer service for help, I was told that nothing could be done because the truck had already been picked up, which was completely unhelpful given the situation. To make matters worse, the instructions for obtaining the key were incorrect. The photo stated the lock box would be behind the building next to the key drop, but it was not there. On top of that, the location’s hours listed on the website were wrong. I arrived early to avoid any issues, only to find out the location actually closed at 12 PM instead of the advertised 1 PM. Between missing equipment, inaccurate instructions, incorrect hours, and lack of support from customer service, this was an overall terrible experience. I would not recommend this location and am very disappointed with the service provided.
