The pads and hand cart I requested were not in the truck. The truck was unlocked when we got there. It was clean inside. I had difficulty retrieving the keys--but, that was because I was 10 min late out of my pick up window during weekend hours. Dorothy of the online chat assisted me to be able to open the lock box for the keys. I was unable to upload the requested photos.. on pick up or drop off.

I was very happy with the service I received, especially for the short notice, the lady was very pleasant, very helpful, she didn't let me wait for a long time, as busy as she was when I walked in, I have been a customer there for my personal vehicle to be smog, never for my work, it's good to walk into a business that really go out of their way to help you, I have already recommended a lot of people to go there, even my family members to do their smog there, thank you so much for your service, now I will recommend them for a U-Haul as well to everyone, Thank you again for everything, now I know where to go if my job needs a truck to rent again.

It was fine but they didn't have the pads we ordered and we had to use towels to clean out the oil on the bottom on the truck bed (the movers almost fell multiple times because it was like ice skating).

When I went to leave with the truck, I saw that the fuel had not been topped off and the odometer showed 10 miles more than the receipt. Manager corrected but printer was not working and I couldn't get the updated printout before leaving the dealership. Driver side roll up & roll down window handle was missing the knob, and the transmission clunks loudly when downshifting. Right side mirror is loose and changes direction with use. It's not a power mirror, so driver needs to exit truck to make adjustments.

We reserved a dolly and it wasn't available. It would be nice if the equipment was location specific. We turned out not to need it but if we had I would have been pretty irritated.

Amazing Great experience with U Haul. The staff was kind and helpful, and the van was very clean. I appreciated the air conditioning and modern charging plugs for my phone. The van drove well and made a big job much easier. I was able to haul four huge loads with no issues. Highly recommend.

The business drop off location name was not visible, and initially called the pick up location for guidance. Very confusing. Eventually walked in to the nearest office, and found the key return desk. Not the most spacious lot to return a vehicle.

I made the reservation but had my partner pick up as I had listed him the driver and I was at work. Upon arrival he was told 1. He couldn’t pick it up without me (he was able to get around this by logging into my account) 2. The car we ordered wasn’t there and they didn’t know when it was getting returned 3. Even if it was here, there system was down and they wouldn’t be able to check out the truck anyway 4. Asked my parter to call them periodically to see if the car was returned (why would they not call us to say when it was back??) 5. Didn’t have any of the blanket supplies we had ordered Disappointed this this location. No calls to forewarn us about the missing truck or supplies. Eventually they gave us a bigger truck (2 hours later) s as ours wasn’t back, which we were thankful for, but we had people take time out of their day to help us move and would’ve appreciated some communication from uhual.

Very friendly staff very accommodating. Super quick easy transaction on pick up and drop off, was in and out in no time. One of the best rental experiences I have ever had. I Will Rent from this location again as well as recommend to others!

check your miles... i was over charged miles by excactly 20 miles, maybe they cant read there own notes. if you do the math a 59 mile trip each way and to gas station on the way doesnt equal 150 miles... even giving 5 miles error.

Only comment I have is to let UHaul know that Car Daze is a 24hr drop off. They do not have that in their notes. We dropped off after 7:30 PM and had to drive over before to see what the situation was. Easy in, parked easy, drop off easy!!! Would certainly use this drop off again.

"Clean enough" rather than "clean" would have been my rating, if such a rating was available. However, I do understand the challenge for this sort of vehicle (9' van) which has a quick turnaround with multiple users daily.

Location was nice, business professional with good parking and easy to exit and return. Staff was nice and was able to check me in and on the way quickly. I did note the only place I saw that the van was gasoline only was on the filler neck, just behind the flap. On other trucks I've rented in the past the fuel type was visible in several places. This was the 1st time I've rented a van though. Perhaps that's normal.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The smaller vans and pickups seem to be newer (<20k miles), the larger box trucks are older (100k+ miles) but always well maintained. I'll keep renting from this location.

I would like to give a better rating because the location itself was fine but no interaction with employees. U-haul as a company let me down and made it challenging. I’ll try to be brief. I made a reservation and was told the truck wasn’t available so they changed my reservation, totally fine. But they told me I could pick up the truck even though the business was closed with just the app, that was not correct because I wasn’t able to get the keys because they were inside a closed business. I called the U-haul and they said they couldn’t fulfill my reservation and needed to send me someone where else. They offered me a larger truck even though I didn’t need it. I asked for more compensation because I had lost an hour due to their mistakes. They offered me $20 and more mileage seems like a sad offer but I had lost time and accepted it. They did give me $20 but they didn’t give me the mileage promised so I was charged more at the time of dropping off the truck. When I picked up the truck the app wouldn’t let me check out. That delayed me even more. Overall, Location and truck were good. U-haul app and misinformation given cost me over an hour of my time. Offered a sad $20 to compensate me and promised more mileage and that was not honored.

It was like extremely hot and the truck had no a/c so after moving we couldnt even get cool after taking the stuff to a new location. The place we got the truck however was amazing we were put on hold with customer service trying to get a code since the app and website was logging me into a different account and I couldnt fix it. Since the location was closed for the weekend we were very upset but fortunately the owner was there randomly and came to our rescue got our code for us! He was great!

I requested a dolly for the rental project reservation, this site did not have one. They recommened me to call the other Napa site on W Imola who, had a dolly. I was a bit disappointed that I made the reservations two days in advanced and there was no dolly for me, I had to drive to another site to get one. I would have thought reservations are reviewed to make sure any needed/ reserved parts/supplies are onsite for the customer when they arrive to pick up.

Overall the equipment was clean and well maintained. However, the right rearview mirror moved when I hit ruts in the road on the freeway. It was not a nice experience. I had to pull over and move it back into place twice.
