One thing that stuck out to me was an employee coming up to ask me if I needed help renting the Uhaul. I was doing the online pick up option so I was using the phone and reading the entire processes slowly but that was a nice gesture that definitely upped my perception of the place :)Anthony L.

Everything is great except they recorded the wrong return time when I returned the rental vehicle. After I emailed the customer service representative, this issue is still not fixed. I thought this can be improved in the future. I returned the cargo at around 1pm on September 14 (on the same day I picked up the cargo) to the same location ( 3511 Kennedy road). Why is the receipt showing the return time as 12:54 am in September 15? I hope this can be corrected as I do not want to be charged of any additional fee if a wrong return time would have caused any issues. - Zhong zhu RongZhong zhu R.

Care Right Auto provided great service. However, I do have an issue with Uhaul. I booked my truck and upon arrival, they system was down and they were unable to view my order on their platform. I waited around 1.5hrs before i could get my truck. I had 2 people who i hired hourly to help move. That is $150 wasted. Uhaul offered me the $50 credit, but im still out the $150 for the workers. I was on the phone with customer service and they kept hanging up on me. i spent 45 minutes just to get ahold of them for them to hang up on me... this was beyond frustrating. I have only used uhaul for all my moves. i would say i rent trucks about 2-3 times per year. but moving forward i will be trying different companies. Uhaul, you have lost a very loyal customer and im sure i will not be the only one you lose.raymond T.

Fuel There are half tank, and refill back to half tank is too much trouble. I should get a full tank and return full tank, it is easier.Cheuk L.
