Scott SPick up was great and the staff was helpful. We did not like using the app. It was difficult to get photos of the vehicle in the small parking lot. It would be great to be able to rent a uhaul without having to download an app.

DAVID MThis location is great all around including the staff. Such a pleasure to have a good customer experience. The only thing is the gas gauge picture on the Uhaul paperwork does not match the truck gauge so it makes it a little tricky. Should be exact same to avoid confusion. Thank you.

RICHARD PThe parking situation is not ideal. The truck had a "chemical" smell while running. The drivers side door did not latch very well. Seemed like it was going to open at any time.
DARRYL PThe van was not clean, had a slight smokey odor. Friendly staff, but the check out process through the app is a pain. Second time I have gone through the process. It does not allow one to add the photos that is required. While I was attempting to go through the process, an employee at the location informed me at times it crashes. So, I had to take nearly a 1/2 hour to wait to live chat, only for them to upload the pictures. When I returned it, since the location was open, I returned the key with an employee. It took a while for them to close out the return. I would expect better.
ERIC GTo start off the dolly I rented was not on the truck Set the pick up for 4 am and since no location was open it took me 3 extra hours to load the truck without the dolly despite my call asking to make sure it would be there. Not only the dolly wasn’t there, when I was on my way to my destination some lady from the location called asking for the dolly and she also insisted I had taken it, with a very rude attitude. I would NEVER recommend this location to none of my friends.

Christopher MStopped in and reserved a van a few days before I needed it. Just a van, declined all the 'upgrades'. When I arrived to pick up the van, location added blankets and a hand truck without asking my consent, costing me another $10 I didn't need and didn't plan to spend. Not cool.

LETA PIt would have been a better experience had i not had to pay almost 600 dollars for the truck the insurance and the fuel replacement. This will be my last time using uhaul because it is just to costly.

MICHAEL JI took a picture at pickup of the front cabin of the truck, which was not clean and returned it in the same condition and ended up being charged 25 USD for cleaning charges. I spoke to the gentleman at the office, who was understanding and said he will speak to someone to check the truck with out any commitments. The before and after pictures I took show that it is not clean when I picked it up.
Oussama KThe only minor issue was there seemed to have been a discrepancy on the app, when reserving, which vehicle was actually available for rental. However, I received a call from a great employee and she was able to square it away.
Eric GNot allowed to leave my car on their parking lot. Had to park several blocks away. 20 degrees. The truck was old. Back door would not open. It was frozen. Horrible experience

BRIAN WLocation is OK but Uhaul now delivers much lower value than ever. UHaul now makes the customer do all the work. We have to take and post pictures. We have to verify that the truck has no damage or dents. We have to use an app that doesn't work all the time. You demand premium prices without delivering premium service. Very dissatisfied with UHaul
