The native iOS app was unusable and shouldn’t even be an option. The mobile version worked but was an unpleasant experience.

Margaret WCall the location for availability or visit in person before making a reservation. U-Haul corporate and their website are not the source of truth. When making a reservation, submit well in advance or request with the $50 reservation guarantee. When I made a reservation for a 10’ truck, the reservation was moved to a different location. When I spoke with U-Haul corporate, I was told that no vehicle was available at any location in Carmel. Five minutes after this call, I placed an online reservation (reservation guarantee) for a 9’ van. When I called corporate again, they told me again that a van was not available. After putting in the reservation, I spoke with the owner in person and was assured that I would have something for my move; the 9’ van came through. Also, if you forget to return a furniture pad, as I did, contact customer service to avoid a fee.

nancy sWe reserved our truck online to expedite the check in process however the app didn't work. Once we submitted our driver license photo we sat and waited for a call to verify which never came. We ended up having the gentleman at the shop check us in. The text we were sent to use to return the truck also didn't work. Said it was expired even though we were returning the truck within the time we indicated we would.

John HLocation doesnt open to 130pm during the week. It causes you to lose good working hours to use the truck. It resulted me in going over 2hrs resulting in another day charge. They should be forced to open at a reasonable hour or get out of the business.

STUART AI rented a 15ft truck. It was clean. However, it was very high mileage and ran rough. Overall, a good experience. This is a particularly convenient location if you are in Carmel, Indiana.

jorge vMy receipt is completely wrong. I returned the truck on the same day, but was charged for two days. The location is fine, but the mobile app does not work properly. I had multiple problems with it. I could not get the photographs to work and it would not complete my return.

Scott SPick up was great and the staff was helpful. We did not like using the app. It was difficult to get photos of the vehicle in the small parking lot. It would be great to be able to rent a uhaul without having to download an app.
